The food here is always great, but depending on the person behind the counter, you may be treated like a king, or you may be treated like a nuisance. I'd recommend this location over Bloomingdale, where they're consistently rude, but would probably suggest Downer's Grove or Wheaton if you want the Panera food with consistently good service.
