My family and I have dined there several times. The food is okay. We stopped going when I pointed out to the owner how worn and filthy the carpet was, restrooms were very nasty dirty, and the service became rude ( we think the server did'nt want to deal with the kids) . The manager/owner just shrugged his shoulders...this was about a year ago. We have'nt been back since. Word on the street is that they are trying to sell.

My wife and I just recently moved to the joliet area, and through word of mouth we were told to try Baci's...Thank you to those people, Baci's is now our favorite Friday Hangout...I absolutely love the food, the martini's, and the people...There tends to be a long wait for a table, but if you like your before dinner cocktail, the time will fly by and you will soon be indulging in great Italian cuisine, try the Filet Mignon medallions, my favorite!!! By the way we decided to use Baci's as our catering company for our son's 1st b-day, we had approximately 150 people attending, and everyone of them was raving about our food...Thank You Baci!!!!

We just recently moved to naperville and we are frequent guests at many restaurants. We had the oopurtunity to visit Baci's recently, and the only thing I can Say is...Can't wait to go back, in fact we already made reservations for Saturday Night( we are taking 2 other couples). The atmosphere is very unique, and as i entered the main dining room, I noticed that all the other guests were very much enjoying themselves(a very good sign of things to come). The server was quick and efficient and brought the martini list for our pleasure, and the pleasure was all mine as i endulged in a world class Martini. The appetizers I chose were Bruschetta and Calamari, and they were mouthwatering with flavor. My wife had a delicious Veal and shrimp dish, and I had a seafood dish that was loaded with all kinds of seafood and topped with a beautiful Lobster tail...outstanding!!! Dessert was simple, TIRAMISU, the best I have ever had...All in all a great experience...and I'm going back for more!!!

We like this place! The little martini bar upstairs is a fun place to wait to be seated. I always hope it's going to be croweded! The bartender who is there whenever we go is cool, he can make anything and he's funny.

We love the bruschetta.

We have found the service to be exceptional.

This restaurant is not far off of Route 59 and is in an old church. It is a cool atmosphere with great food but sometimes slow service. We love the pizza and I recommend the tortellini. Wonderful soups and they do carry out as well. Parking is not the best but it is worth the trip.

The food at Baci is nothing special. We had a baptism there and were very disappointed at how we were treated. They did not have enough tables set up for us and had to add tables during the reception, creating chaos. The server was very unpersoinable and bordered on rude. We spent $1000 and were extremely disappointed in what we got for our money. although the building is beautiful, it is a historic landmark and thus there is no "no-smoking" section on the main restaurant floor--very undesirable if you're asthmatic like me!

The food is great with very healthy portions of generous food. Calzones are huge! It's one of the few traditional cooking restraunts. The food is prepared fresh daily. Real cooks that actually cook! Not cooking done with a boiler and a bag of premade stuff. It takes a little longer than those "chain-brass and fern" restraunts but definately worth it.

Good family dining experience.

Pros: Affordable, Large Portions, Relaxed Dining
