Before you buy Harley Davidson parts from Andrews Products, ask yourself, "Does the work environment count for my decision?" If your a blue-collar worker and understand the manufacturing field you'll want to know just how Andrew Products operates.
Andrew Products mainly uses Staffing services to obtain their workers. These employees work as subcontractors for staffing services such as Monarch and many others. Andrews does not want to pay their machinist proper wages so this is how they get around it. I believe the starting wage is about 12.00 per hour for a machinist in charge of setting-up CNC machinery. The company believes in using these poor hard working individual like dirty shop rags (Once the company gets what they need they dismiss the employee.)
If you where to ask Andrews to present an employee turnover record for the year of 2006 you would find them hesitant to release this information, I believe they would be to embarrassed to do so. If they did turn the records over for public view I feel many people would be shocked at Andrews total lack of respect for their hired help.

Andrews is a top distributor of Harley Davidson and Nascar Cams and gears. Machinist producing this kind of work usually are paid in the upper teens and lower twenties per hour. Good companies understand the need for quality machinist. Good company?s treat their employees well and pay them a fair wage. Good companies don?t have a yearly employee turnover of over 100 people.

There are better places to buy cams and gears from, remember this is America home of the hard working blue-collar individual. We bikers represent that faction of the U.S.A. Buy from a good company. This is something Andrews is not.
