Absolutely horrible experience. Took forever to fit me and bragged the entire time about his customer service and quality. Never gave me a receipt and told me it would take "about a week" to have them done. I informed Maurice that it was critical that I had them back because I was going out of town on an important business trip.

One week later and no call. Phone call to Maurice and no answer left voicemail.

Two weeks later and no call. Left voicemail pleading with him on how important it was to get these suits back...no return call.

Three weeks later, another voicemail telling him to call me and that I just wanted to get my suits...

Two days later, no return call so I called his office first thing in the morning and caught him by surprise. His response "I've been busy, it happens." I explained that I understood but a phone call would have been nice. No apology, no what can do to help, but merely turned it on me and asked me why I was getting an attitude. I told him I was coming to pick up the suits that night.

I arrived at his office and he handed me two suits that had never even been removed from the bag. In nearly 4 weeks he did absolutely nothing. He turned it on me and I wont repeat the words that he used to basically tell me that he didnt need my business and "didnt care" if I was in a bad situation with no suits to wear.

Dont waste your time or money.
