I recently bought a new TV for my family, as a gift to my husband and our children. The contractor we hired to mount the TV, told us to go to best buy and get our TV, and he would install it. the first one I brought home was destroyed, the box looked OK but it was shattered, the second one we looked at and it seemed to be OK. After he mounted the TV and turned it on, you could see white behind the black on one side of the screen, which he said it was not normal, and the led TV looked slightly bent. Another trip to best buy and they would not let us exchange or return the item, not even the extended warranty, which we don't need on a broken TV. Somehow it was our fault because best buy did not deliver and install the TV and only we have brought back two broken TV's. Obviously the damage was caused by miss handling. Best buys corporate would not do anything for us either, even though i spent our savings on this gift and offered to pay for the install and delivery but they would not do anything. I would describe my experience as bewildering and offensive as a consumer. The price was good only because it was on sale, if it was not i would have bought elsewhere. As a mother i would recommend any body thinking of purchasing anything from best buy, to just put their money in a paper shredder, and find a company who actually stands behind their products and does not steal from families trying to enjoy their lives.

i purchased two defective items, and on the second one, they would not let me exchange or return for a new one. their reasoning was, i did not use(pay for their services) their geek squad to set the laptop up. i have worked in the IT field for over 25 years, building computers and writing software. spending money at this chain would only further their lack of caring and condone the companies backstabbing their customers. well needless to say, I'm out the 1,399 for the laptop and if i want to fix it a new motherboard is going to be 250.00+. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

This store is clean, neat and well stocked. Associates seem well trained in their product knowledge and there is usually no wait for a sales person. They are not pushy and are not on commission.

I like this business, because it has most of the useful electronics. It also has good movies, games, mp3 players....Sometimes I hate to go there, because sometimes the items are too much expensive, which is rarely, but most of the time the electronics and other stuff are so cheap and I love them. So my electronic store would be BEST BUY, it is where you buy best electronics and other things!!!
