Love that they are a local vet whose goal is to build strong relationships with their clients and patients. They are always friendly and create a comfortable atmosphere when the animals. Its like they are going on vacation, not to the kennel
Country Estates Kennel is the best place ever. Our dog, Chief, stayed there almost every weekend for the past 3 years. He passed away last Friday morning, and the staff at the kennel was so sorry to hear the news. The staff treated Chief like he was a king. Chief loved to stay with them. He couldn't wait to get out of the car when we arrived. He was at home there. The staff is the sweetest and kindest people you will ever meet. They truly LOVE their "babies" as Pammie calls them. She is the best! I will miss going to the kennel. I never worried about the care they gave because every single time we left Chief they were so good to him. They went above and beyond their paid for services to make Chief welcome and feel loved. Thank you for loving Chief.
Of all places I have boarded my dog, this is the BEST EVER.
The employees are super nice, extremely accomodating, take great care of your pet/s, and are very kind when you feel the need to call and "check in" on them. They gave my dog a complimentary bath before I picked him up so he looked beautiful and smelled great (not like a kennel!). I'm amazed at the service Country Estate Kennel officers and HIGHLY recommend them! I will not board my dog anywhere else. This is a top-notch facility all the way!! Very clean and beautiful kennel and very reasonably priced as well.
This is such a great kennel! I would recommend them to anyone! I have boarded at Country Estate for years and I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else. The staff is very friendly but most importantly they are great to my 3 dogs. My dogs actually get excited when we pull into the parking lot! I don't think you can find a better testimonial than that!
This is a fantastic Kennel that treats your pet like one of their own. I am active duty military and had to board my baby more often than I wanted to, but I was always comfortable leaving him in the hands of Country Estates! After just a couple times of boarding he was actually excited to see the staff when I dropped him off. For someone who considers her pet like another child this was very comforting. We moved in the past 6 months (now Jul 08) and I really miss this Kennel.
Very nice kennel that we have taken our pets to a few times. The staff is friendly and we rarely have any difficulity getting reservations for our animals. They have very nice, clean facilities with lots of room for the animals to run around. They get taken out often and they are played with frequently.

We found Country Estate Kennel by accident, after checking out several in the O'Fallon Il area during the heat of the summer, I drove by and walked in unannounced to meet Pam and her awesome staff!
We have 2 large dogs; a German Shepherd and a Dobbie, both are very spoiled and require a lot of attention. This past weekend was the first time they were spending several days in a row....both dogs were so happy when I picked them up, they smelled wonderful!
I highly recommend this kennel! The staff is very attentive, they get to know your animals...trust me, our Shepherd is very high maintence, she is happy and loves to go there for day care and now for extended stays! The kennel is VERY clean, the staff is outstanding and Pam is like having a Mom there for our babies when we are gone!
The best place in town to take you pet a stay. Every pet is a baby. I can honestly say they care about every animal like its a newborn baby. My pet has been going here for about 8 years and he love the staff. Eric is awesome, Pam is just one of the hottest lady around. I just love this place!!
If you treat your pets like family, this is the place for you. We have been to several kennels during our lifetime and this is by far the most outstanding kennel we have ever been to. Our pets care was their first priority. I can honestly say, for the first time, that I will never again worry about my pets care while we are away from home. Run don't walk to Country Estates Kennel!

I have recently moved to the St. Louis area and I have finally found a kennel who understand pet care and service! The employees are all very nice but what I noticed right away is that they truly care about my dogs. \r

I haved lived in many states and upon moving here, a work colleage recommended Country Estate kennel & I was blown away. I am picky about who takes care of my dogs and I could not be more pleased.\r

Country Estate Kennel is by far THE BEST kennel I've taken my dog, too. While I live in St. Louis County, I drive my Cavalier King Charles, Beau, to the IL side of the river in order for him to stay with Pam and her staff. Without hesitation, I would (and have) recommend them to anyone!
