Sales, Installation, and Service have all been great so far. I would definitley reccomend them. Keep up the good work guys.

we had a problem with our heating system on one of the colder evenings in Chicago. The tmidamerican technician cam within 15 minutes of expected arrivalt time diagnosed it within 5 minutes as a pressure sensor and was out of the door in less than half an hour.

but the bill was 50% higher than we expected. going forward - we'll use midamerican if the need is urgent, but consider other alternatives if it isn't.

p.s: if i was to rate them only on efficiency i'd give them 4 stars.

Very Professional. Sales guy actually helpful, not just after the sale. New equipment is Fantastic. I will trust them again.

I highly reccomend MidAmerican. Consultation and Installation both highly exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be telling my friends and family to use them.
