This is part of a national restaurant chain, and it's not a 5 star restaurant. I've always had a good experience going there, the food is decent and the prices are good. The waiters have all been nice, the only down side I can say is that they are a little slow with bringing out the food. Other than that, a typical Apple bee's!

I recently went in to this establishment (which I am a frequent visitor to) for a late night dinner with my boyfriend. We sat at the bar to order our food and drinks. Before we could order a rack of glasses (which had been irresponsibly placed very near the edge on an inside ledge of the bar) fell to the floor and broke. Neither my boyfriend or I touched the rack, but apparently great reliable sources of the manager said we pushed it. We were asked to leave, which is fine because they reserve the right to refuse service, but we did nothing wrong, and the establishment should really rethink which customers they listen to. They lost out on loyal customers for the rest of the time in business because of a poorly made decision on the manager's part, and I do not advocate anyone going to a restaurant where only certain customers are treated properly. They should train their employees better.

Well, it's pre-made food... so, how can you go wrong? The food is tasty enough, but the steak is NEVER how you ask for it & the chicken always has that little gristly bite that you've come to expect from McDonald's but are totally shocked to get at Applebee's. The service is where it really lacks. You have to wait FOREVER to get your check taken care of. There's always something far more interesting to our server at the bar than whether or not our glasses are empty. I think they have a 4 hit minimum / maximum at the table, 1) Take the order 2) Bring the order 3) Bring the check 4) Pick up the payment... when they feel like it.

I recommend NOT being in any kind of hurry when you go & get the oriental wrap... or head accross the street to Culver's... IDK...
