The staff were all very loving and caring with the dogs, and they were very patient with Trixie, who hates water and is a terror at the vet's office. A less experienced and professional staff could never have produced such a clean, happy dog a few hours down the line! I'd definitely recommend it, and I'm planning on bringing my dog back again soon.
