I went in to the store, and it was a ghost town, two guys sitting around at the front counter, didn't even ask me if I needed any help. I looked around and tried to help myself and when I tried to ask a question regarding some pool chemicals for my pool, I was completely shut down. I took a guess as to what I needed and took the item to the counter, the man rang up and I asked why did that come up at $39.99, there's a sign on the shelf that shows $19.99 is it on sale or not, he looked at me and said "I don't know" and walked away. I was left standing there as he decide to pick-up the phone and make a phone call. I was like "HELLO...I'm waiting for you to help me" he completely ignored me. Finally, the other guy just looked at him and was like, "Are you ready to pay for that?" I was like, no I'm just standing around for health reason, YES I want to pay for it. Wow, NEVER, EVER again will I go back to the Great Escape store, they really SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!
