I won one of their eBay auctions. I paid for Express Shipping, & paid within 1 day (25/3/08) of winning, expecting my ring within the given delivery time to Canada (3-5 Business Days), plus an acceptable 1-2 handling days! By April 1st, I'd heard nothing about the shipment of my ring, so I wrote inquiring where my package was. They said I should have it "soon". I finally got notification the ring had been shipped 8/4/08. Meanwhile, I'd expressed my disappointment & the father/owner agreed to refund all my shipping $$ ($30). 5 days later, the ring finally arrived, & was not as described (was meant to be VS, F-G diamonds, 3/4ct). The diamonds are full of carbon at Si-2 to I1 clarity & H-I color. The carat weight is maybe 0.40ct. However, because I'd won the ring at a good auction price, I said I'd like to keep it as long as I get my $30 shipping back. I OFFERED to return it at MY expense, but knowing no seller likes to give full refunds, re-iterated that I didn't mind keeping it as long as I get my $30. Again the father said "No problem". So, I waited & waited for my refund, & after another 3 emails, I finally got my $$! So, even though I wasn't satisfied, I left POSITIVE feedback as the problem was resolved. Well lo & behold, the SON, who NEVER once communicated, left me NEGATIVE feedback, calling me ungrateful & saying that they'd offered me a full refund but I "REFUSED" their offer. This seller(s) is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL & a LIAR! I will NEVER buy from them again. They are miserable sellers & don't care AT ALL about their buyers! I did everything right as a buyer from day one, yet I'm the one left looking like the bad guy! And if you get a "good deal" from them, they'll turn that on you too if you later have a complaint. For me they in effect told me put up & shut up because I'd "won the ring for $100 less" than their cost! Well, that's their own fault for listing it as an auction! NEVER AGAIN!
