Buying an engagement ring is no easy task ive been through 15-20 dealers & about 10 different websites claiming to "the best "
Needless to say nothing holds a candle to Dimend SCAASI.
I looked at thier website and saw how easy it was to "create" your own ring.

Now especialy since i wanted something unique, they are one of the few Gelin Abaci authorized jewelers that showed how the ring would actually look like.
I spoke to Lexi the day i decided with Dimend SCAASI to be my jeweler & emailed Alexa...everything was done so professional...it almost seemed like i was buying an Ipod (They explained to the point a novice like myself could understand)

I just got the Gelin Abaci tension ring for my soon to be wife , its absolutely gorgeous.

If anyone wants to buy a enagagement ring or any type of jewelry online at a good price, look no further.
Dimend SCAASI is the real deal.

I am unsure if I can find the words to express how happy we are with the ring we bought. It is simply GORGEOUS and CLASSY! I located the ring through an internet search months ago. We were skeptical of purchasing something so big over the internet so we went to a few local jewelers. We did not come close to finding anything we were interested in at the local jewlery shops. After each trip to the local jewelers I would find myself back on the web site just staring at the ring we wanted. Our skepticism of buying the ring over the internet was immediately erased once we talked with Alexa and Isaac on the phone. We set up an innerview session and had the diamond and sample ring overnighted to our house. We sent the contents back the following Monday and placed our order. A few short weeks later the ring was delivered. We are so completely happy and we knew we would not be if we settled on something less classy and gorgeous at a local jeweler.

I was shopping online for an engaement ring. I have very limited knowledge of jewelry in general but with some input from my girlfriend as to the style and with some tremendous help from Shannon at dimend SCAASI I found what I believe to be an excellent ring for a terrific price. All my questions were answered quickly. The turn around was quick and while I waited I did some more comparison shopping and I couldn't find a better deal anywhere. I would highly recommend this jeweler to anyone looking for a great deal and service.

Being on a fairly modest budget, yet wanting the best ring and diamond for my fiancee, I exchanged many an email (and phone call) with Isaac. Isaac really took care of me, and was always responsive both before and after the sale. In the end, I felt like he had found the perfect diamond for me - the Hearts & Arrows round cut is absolutely gorgeous! My fiancee has fallen in love with her ring - and I feel it was worth every penny. When I had to get the ring resized, Isaac and Marta had the ring returned to me in 2 just days AND during Thanksgiving week, just so that I could receive the ring before my flight to London!! Thumbs up.

I just recently purchased my finaces engagement ring from dimend SCASSI and it was a fantastic experience. They had come very highly recommended from a friend who had also purchased an engagement ring from there. Dimend SCASSI was actually the first jeweler that I visited during my search for a ring. I immediately fell in love with one of their signature settings upon my first visit. However, I was determined to shop around first to make sure I was making an educated decision. I was not only looking for quality, but also a great value. Most importatnly I was looking for someone who would help me find the perfect ring for my fiance and not just try to sell me on any ring. Alexa was all of that and more during my visits to dimend SCASSI. She was a friend throughout the process and also very forgiving of me as I tried to talk as if I actually knew something about rings/diamonds. Her knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated as we searched for the perfect ring. In the end I kept coming back to that first ring that I knew was the one. Isaac was also very helpful and great to work with as I finalized the details of my fiances ring. Overall Alexa and Isaac made a lasting impression on me, and I would recommend dimend SCASSI to anyone who is in the market for some amazing jewelery.

When Craig and I first talked about commiting, I began searching the web for ring designs and this is where I discovered Dimend Scaasi. Their website is visually stunning and easy to use as well as having the greatest range of designs that I liked anywhere on the web. I made an appointment with Shannon to visit Dimend Scaasi with Craig to look at their extensive collection of ring styles and diamonds.
Shannon and Isaac were amazing - easy going, no pressure and very knowledgeable, allowing us to learn about what was available without feeling threatened by the environment (I'm not a big fan of jewelry stores). We spent an incredible 3 hours that afternoon just relaxing, looking and learning. We didn't commit to a purchase that day and there was never any pressure. Both Shannon and Isaac wanted Craig and I to make whatever decision was best for us. Several weeks later when we did order a ring from Dimend Scaasi we ended up with an amazing solitaire that I will enjoy wearing for the rest of my life. Excellent customer service paired with outstanding workmanship equals happy customers. I would recommend Dimend Scaasi to anyone and I will return for more jewelry when I need it.

If you are looking for a place to get your future fiance's engagement ring, wedding bands, or any jewelry, this is only place you should look into! From reading the other reviews on here, I couldn't resist on seeing what the hype was all about. And from the beginning, everything was true! I set up an appointment with Shannon, and she was great to say the least. She made me feel comfortable with the whole process in getting the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. It was like I was talking to a friend I knew for quite some time. Since I didn't know exactly what i was doing, she explained everything to me and made things very clear. Opened my eyes to the world of diamonds! She was extremely patient with me through it all. It was definitely opposite of those other jewelers, where they just see dollar signs. Here they actually care what you are saying and how you feel after you leave. I'm definitely going to go back to get the wedding bands! Thank you Dimend Scaasi and especially Shannon for everything!

Not only did you take the time to listen to what I was truly trying to buy, you wanted to make sure it was put together perfectly. My fiance was so excited, and proud to have your ring on her finger. Started looking at rings and diamonds at local jewelers (in Pittsburgh) and at the advice of one of the people helping me..I started looking online. Little did she know I'm a "masterful" researcher and came across Dimend Scaasi.! My friend had recommended Bluenile (which also had a tremendous selection in diamonds). But, in terms of prices...Bluenile couldn't compete with Dimend Scaasi, in my opinion. With GIA certifications, its very easy to do comparrisons, and believe me there is "no" comparrison.
At Dimend Scaasi I had several online chats with both owner, Isaac and one of his teammates, Shannon. They were incredibly forthcoming with information and suggestions within my budget. And their honesty and integrity were quite apparent (even through online discussions). They gained my trust with their dilligence and hard working attitudes and were quick to answer my questions even into the evening hours..! The rock they found for me through their vendor is absolutely brilliant - Ideal cut Asscher..D in Color!!! When I told my local jeweler what I had found online and the price, she simply stated "Congratulations..I could never beat that.." Delivery of the stone was immediate and unbelievably packaged (box..in a box..in a box..in a box..etc.). Rest assured with this company, Dimend Scaasi. You won't find a better one.

The online viewing service and chat ability are real unique and a tremendous resource for out of town shoppers. Since I live in Atlanta that was very very helpful. I would encourage shoppers from outside Chicago to consider this Chicago based firm even if you can't make it to Chitown to physically view there selection. On a more personal note, Shannon was very patient with me, very informative and knowledgable. I got exactly what I wanted which was a Tiffany recreation( I looked across the country for this setting) and I think I got a tremendous value on it all including some design input. I think if you want to design a ring they have great competience. My fiancee is very happy! Thank you Shannon and Dimend Scaasi.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I had such a wonderful experience working with Isaac and the rest of the Dimend Scaasi staff. Isaac gave me full value for a diamond that I purchased from him earlier, and gave me a wonderful deal for the previous gold. The ring that I purchased was absolutely beautiful. My new fiance loved the ring, and it was personalized just perfectly. The diamond shines so wonderfully, and everytime I look at her hand, I smile. After weeks of searching for my perfect wedding ring, I found several beautiful options online at Dimend Scaasi. I was initially a little leery about making such an important purchase online, but my concerns were quickly alleviated as soon as a spoke to Shannon, who was warm, knowledgeable and accommodating through every step of the process. Shannon quickly determined my personal style and arranged for several samples to be overnighted to my home. Once we chose a ring, she went out of her way to keep both my fiance and I informed about the status of our order and even arranged for a "rush" job to allow sufficient time for any size adjustments prior to the ceremony. I Love My Rings!!! I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking to purchase well above average quality diamonds at a fair price. You could find cheaper products in the mall but you will also find a MUCH less desirable product. Alexa (Lexi) who helped me through this entire process was spectacular! She had great advise and shared her honest and knowledgable opinions with me through out this process. I live in Wa. state so doing this through the internet I originally thought was a little chancy but they were referred to me by a client of mine and once I saw their web site and could chat with them live any time I felt totally comfortable with my decision. Their design ability, customer service, and quality would be hard to beat any where in my opinion. My rings are three seperate bands totalling just over 3 carats and are so spectacular to look at that I can not keep my eyes off them. I was hunting for a Beverly K band and was unsure about ordering from an online site. I found Dimend SCAASI and called. I was greeted warmly by Shannon and was treated extremely well. She was amazing and offered to ship the ring our to me that afternoon. I called late friday afternoon and saturday morning I was wearing my new ring!!! She was amazing and I HIGHLY recommend her and the company to ANYONE!!!
She also handled a few more potential transactions for my sister and mother and was just as graceful with them as well!!! You can't go wrong!

All I can tell you is that these guys were great. I live in California and Lexi worked with me via phone and internet to design and execute the exact ring I wanted for my wife. When the ring was sent to me and my wife wanted slightly different colored sapphires, Lexi took it back, mailed us additional samples to choose from and then delivered a wonderful ring at a very competitive price. I almost feel guilty having gone to a place with such an amazing selection & such an obvious ability to create amazing designs and having a solitaire ring made. It's a 4-prong with a tiffany-style no-taper band. It's so simple they didn't even carry it! However, with all the excellent reviews and their service model of the 30-day guarantee & free polishings & resizings for life, it seemed like a great option. I went in back in April and worked with Shannon. I explained that I really wanted to put all the money into a really great diamond, rather than put a couple grand into the band or side stones. She was really great, and I left so excited! In May, my fiance proposed & I couldn't stop staring at the ring for several months (I was a danger behind the wheel). Other places, for the same money or more, showed me stones in an H color or with less than excellent cut , etc. I ended up with an excellent cut (hearts & arrows) that sparkles beautifully & an F color. It's simple & beautiful & classic. I can't wait to get my wedding band there--I already have it picked out!

Dimend Scaasi delivered a ring with obvious surface finish defects, which they claimed could be fixed. They took it for 2 weeks, then hoped we wouldn't notice that NOTHING had been done to it. Then they told us that the ring needed to be re-made, and never should have been given to us in the first place. When they remade the ring, it looked nothing like the original!

We went to great lengths to explain and show very simple concepts to their salesperson Shannon & their jewelers. They were consistently unresponsive and late on all promises, no matter how small or simple. We were told that we?d receive a phone call or pictures "this afternoon" and then wouldn?t hear from them for days. Every delivery was late. They didn?t return phone calls and left us wondering what was happening to our diamond at all times. This went on for FOUR MONTHS.

When the ring was finally finished, we found that it still had some minor defects that needed to be touched up! They apologized again and took the ring back, claiming it would be a very simple fix. They then attempted to tear off and completely replace a large part of the ring-they applied too much heat to the ring and RUINED it completely!

When we asked them to replace what they had ruined, they refused to re-make the ring again and cut us loose instead. They sent us a check for the purchase price of the ring, plus a meager $100 "gift" for the FOUR MONTHS of time that we spent waiting for them to deliver. The "gift" doesn't even cover the amount we spent on parking, to pick up our own property from them!

Their salesperson Shannon is completely clueless, unresponsive and unreliable. The owner Isaac only stepped in to let us know that we had been around for too long, and weren't important enough to work with anymore. Oh, and to defend his company online.

STAY AWAY from Dimend Scaasi. There are plenty of other reputable jewelers in Chicago that will work with you to give you what you're looking for.

Has been a pain.
I wanted my ring set a certain way and even described exactly how I wanted it. I didn't find out till I got it back that it couldn't be set that way. We never even recieved a phone call. In addition, they forgot to put some of the diamonds we paid for in the ring. So it had to be sent back. By this time I just wanted my ring.
To make it worse my ring eventually bent and cracked. They did fix it but it is just another hassle. I was accused of damaging it but barely wear the ring. My band that I did not get from them has NEVER bent and is woren at the same time. I was told by other jewelers that the ring was made too thin and their sodering failed. The people are really nice there but the designers are horrible.

I would not recommend this place. I have been told by more then one jeweler that we paid way too much. We got so ripped off by this place and should have shopped around more. It is so hard to hear that everytime we look around and ask for it to be appraised that it isn't even worth what we paid. You live and learn.

My wife and I ran off and got married so she never got an engagement ring because we were never really engaged. So, since we were married a bit over a year ago I have been on the hunt for a ring. There's just a few things; my wife didn't want a diamond as the center stone, and she's not really one to like something that's really flashy or '80'sish. Needless to say, I've been looking for a long time at tons of different places. My saying everywhere I went was "it needs to look like it fell off the Titanic." Marta and Isaac and Dimend Scaasi were the first ones to make this a reality. I now have an amazing blue sapphire with a majestic looking setting that they made personally for me. Plus, the gave me the option of returning it for store credit even though it was personally made for me, just in case I didn't like it. In the end it was beautiful, she loved it, everyone that sees it loves it and they even said they were going to put the ring on their website as an example of their work. In the end, it's service plus and they are willing to really work with you to give you what you want. You never get a sleazy jeweler feel. This is the only place I will ever shop for jewelry in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with dimend scaasi. Shannon helped me through the entire process and made it fairly easy. I thought I needed to do a ton of research before heading to an actual jeweler, but I think I would have been fine starting with Shannon from scratch. Shannon wasn't afraid to show me the diamonds under a great amount of magnification, and she didn't try to hide any of the problems with any diamonds. She was also very patient as I agonized over which diamond to chose for what probably seemed like an eternity. Isaac and Shannon both explained the pros and cons of each diamond and didn't pressure me at all to chose a more expensive option. The whole experience was very comfortable. I also trusted Shannon when the only sample of the setting I wanted that they had on hand was made for a huge/oddly shaped diamond, but Shannon assured me that she would make sure it ended up looking like what I wanted. The ring turned out great, pretty much exactly what I pictured. Shannon really came through with her promises. I am sure I'll be back when I have other jewelry needs.

never having bought a diamond before, the process was quite daunting. However, Shannon & the rest of the staff at Dimend SCAASI made my experience much easier. Since I found them through City Search/Yelp, I feel obligated to add to their praise

Shannon took plenty of time to show me the subtle differences in the diamond grades and inclusions, etc. I had read about diamonds prior to coming in, but that had only confused me more. I had a much better visit with Shannon then with her/their competitors & didn't feel pressured at all

Further, my finacee had once shown me a style that she liked, which they did not have. Shannon was able to have the ring made to my specifications - and it far exceeded my expectations and got done in my timetable

When I proposed, through the tears, my fiancee exclaimed, "This is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen!", a phrase she has repeated many times since

I found dimend scaasi on a random search on google, i.e, best chicago diamonds or something like that, and my expectations were low until I saw their on line selection. I had been searching everywhere for something that would look that it was one of a kind, and the jared's, the robbin's bros, and all the small mom and pop shops I shopped, did not have the vision and creativity that I saw in their selection. I have spoken with Alexa and Isaac, and they both were great. They were really flexible and understanding with everything: my need to come in three different times to see the actual ring before buying it, an issue my bank had with the wire transfer, and the general financing of the ring. I wish I could find the words to gush about my experience with them because this place is truly one of a kind. Once I received the ring (which took about 8 weeks), it was obvious that it was well worth the wait. The quality and workmanship looks outstanding, and I'm esctatic to be able to give it to my future fiance. Their prices are competitive, but they are amazing coupled with the outstanding product you will receive. I hope no one thinks that this is a fake review, I seriously cannot gush enough about my experience and the actual product itself.

My fiancee and I just purchased her engagement ring from Dimend Scaasi and recommend them highly to anyone who is looking to purchase jewelry - wedding, engagement, or other. Alexa helped us and she was great - we knew what we were looking for both in terms of ring and diamond. She was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. She listened to us and helped us with what we needed. Note that their website also allows you to search for loose diamonds based on all they criteria - type, color, clarity, cut, weight, price. As a younger guy (23), I was pretty intimidated by the whole process of buying an engagement ring. I wanted to surprise my (now) fiancee, but when I realized it would be safer to pick out the diamond myself and then let her pick the setting I did some looking around and decided to try out a few Jeweler's Row places. I ended up going with a diamond from dimend SCAASI and my fiancee (and everyone else who has seen it) absolutely LOVES it.

The thing that really helped me make my decision was the help that Alexa, at dimend SCAASI, provided. Some of the other places I looked at seemed pretty skeptical of me by the fact that I was not referred to them by anyone except the internet. Also, as I mentioned, I was pretty intimidated so I actually started talking to Alexa using the online chat dimend SCAASI offers on their website. I thought this really helped me get comfortable and explain what I wanted without being cut-off or worry about being sold something else. All of my appointments were setup for a Saturday, so I went in there was no one else there except Alexa and she was pretty casual. She had pulled three or four great diamonds (all of which were in or below the price range I had given her) and was perfectly willing to give her opinion when I asked, but didn't try to push any agenda. She was really great and when I am really looking forward to taking my fiancee in in a couple weeks and picking out the setting!

Finally, I want to comment on another review that mentioned the store is pretty minimalistic. I thought this had by far the nicest/cleanest show rooms of any place I saw in Jeweler's Row. They also had a microscope hooked up to a computer screen that they showed me each diamond under. While I am not pretending to have a trained eye, this was definitely better than watching a jeweler look through a handheld one and try to tell me things were or were not present.

This all provided a great experience!

Shopping here was uncomplicated, friendly and fun.

I was intimidated by all the jewelers out there and all the language and specs that go with jewelry. All I wanted was a nice remount for my wedding rings. To complicate my search I had only 2 days to shop in Chicago and only 7 days in the U.S. (I live in Europe). Thanks to the Citysearch site I found 3 jewelers to visit.

dimend SCAASI was my third jeweler. Marta and Shannon casually brought out several boxes of mountings and sat with me while I tried on dozens. They were easy-going, friendly and helpful. I might add they were very patient with someone just buying a mounting. After I found one, Isaac stepped in with his expert advice on how we might customize the mounting.

To my surprise and delight Isaac promised delivery in 7 days. The day before delivery was due I hadn't received an email from Fedex confirming shipment so I left an after-hours message at the office. Within minutes both Isaac and Shannon called and emailed me to reassure me that the ring was on schedule.

I received it the next morning, exactly as ordered and right on time. It was beautifully done.

The only reason I give these nice folks 4 out of 5 stars is that I felt their selection of rings was somewhat limited. For service and expertise they definitely rank 5 stars.

My fiance and I recently purchased my engagement ring from Dimend SCAASI and we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. Alexa was an absolute pleasure to work with. From day one, she spent as much time as we needed searching for the perfect setting and the perfect stone. And she was never ever pushy trying to oversell us something that we didn?t really want. Then, after I decided on a custom setting (go figure? always trying to be different), I was a bit nervous that I might not like the final product once it was made. (I was having a hard time visualizing it plus if you customize it you have to buy it.) I almost didn?t go ahead with my custom setting, but both Alexa and Isaac, the owner, assured me that they weren?t going to make me buy something that I wasn?t truly happy with. What a load off my mind that was! Well, as it turns out, they?ve got genius designers who did an outstanding job on my setting. When I saw my ring for the first time, I was stunned at how gorgeous it turned out. Two months later, I still can?t stop staring at it. I LOVE it! My husband and I purchased a gorgeous diamond eternity band from dimend SCAASI in December. The whole experience was so positive from beginning to end and Shannon was a joy to work with! She had wonderful suggestions on design, was very patient, professional and knowledgeable and there was never any pressure at all. She always kept us informed as the ring was being made and ensured the quality of the final product was up to her very high standards. You can tell that she just wants you to be happy with your purchase no matter what you are spending. The ring itself is spectacular, the diamonds are so brilliant and sparkly I still find myself looking at the ring several times a day. From researching prices of similar rings, dimend SCAASI is very fairly priced (and included an appraisal). I would definitely shop there again and would highly recommend to friends. Although we live in Chicago and were lucky to deal with Shannon in person, the website is fantastic too.

The process of creating my custom ring was a breeze - Isaac knew exactly what we wanted without much effort. I recently had the most thrilling experience purchasing an engagement ring from dimend SCAASI. I found the perfect ring for my honey through their extensive online catalog. The site was easy to navigate and I was able to find what I wanted very easily and quickly with only a few key words.

I was very impressed because I've been searching for just the right ring for months and had tried some of the very haughty jewelers in Washington, DC, where I live, and in New York City. I had also tried some of the very large online jewelers like Bluenile, but to no avail. I found dimend SCAASI and within minutes I had found the exact ring I wanted for my betrothed.

I called them and my salesperson, Alexa was the most dynamic, competent, thorough and courteous associate I'm had the pleasure to come across in quite some time. I told her the ring that I wanted. My fiance and myself were visiting Chicago from Michigan and wanted to look at some larger sized diamonds. Even though we told them we would not be buying a diamond from them, they still brought in some 3-3.5 carat diamonds for us to look at. These people know their business and are very helpful. Now we are torn because we want to buy from them even though they are 4 hours away from us!

If you are looking to buy the perfect engagement ring, look no further. I did extensive research on nearly 50 accredited jewelers and this one in my opinion is the best bar none. My husband and I went to buy my 10 year anniversary ring and was very, very pleased with the service from Shannon and Isaac. Honestly, I really was very happy with their service, patience and detail to attention. They are fantastic. Well worth the visit. DO NOT BE TEMPTED to opt for the other jewelers on Wabash street level. I STRONGLY encourage you to visit the showroom because certain rings I picked online I didn't end up liking when I saw them live. I heard about Isaac from a good friend of mine and I looked elsewhere first, then finally made the call. It was like one hour till close I made it just in time, they Owner Isaac stayed to well after 8pm to show me diamonds and bands, teaching me and showing me the ropes which was second nature to him. Very personal and helpful, after the lesson I finally made a great choice that I know my future fiance will love. Alexa, Shannon & Marta are great and extremely helpful. I will never buy from anybody else but dimend SCAASI.... I would reccomend him to anybody serious about, buying a quality diamond or ring. Im kicking myself for wasting time with the others. My fiance and I went together and picked out my engagement ring. We could not have picked a better place. My ring is absolutely amazing!! They had a great selection of reasonably priced cushion diamonds. We created the perfect ring in two short visits. This place really goes above and beyond - the ring wasn?t ready when we were leaving for vacation so Shannon shipped it to our destination so my fiance could propose on our trip. She?s fantastic! Isaac was great too; he even gave us a jewelry steamer for free! Every positive review you read is 100% true. I don?t think we could have gotten any luckier. Great people to do business with!

Attention non believers ! I am a New Jersey resident that spent dozens of hours in high end jewelry stores and many more hours on line to find the perfect ( engagement) ring. Since what I wanted didn't exist, it needed to be created.

Starting with the setting, then finding the perfect stone, my whole experience with dimend SCAASI was as flawless as the finished product. The words AMAZING and INCREDIBLE do not do justice to this ring !

Great communication, delivery as promised, all without ever leaving NJ. My fiance was floored by the overwhelming MAGNIFICENCE of her SCAASI ring.

My boyfriend took me to dimend SCASSI after a co-worker highly recommended them, along with many positive on-line reviews. We had just left another jeweler who left us both feeling uneasy. Alexa greeted us and instantly she became a trusted friend. I didn't know exactly what I wanted, so she showed me lots of rings and asked me what I did and didn't like about them. She was great at asking questions, listening to what I had to say, and clarifying my preferences. She was easy-going and educated us about the process and the store philosophy. Ultimately, there were 3 elements from 3 diffrent rings that I liked. With ease, Alexa had the lab design me a custom ring incorporating all of the elements. She emailed us images, so that we could make sure they understood, and then I got to try on a wax mold of the ring. However, nothing could prepare me for the moment I saw it for the first time. When my boyfriend got down on one knee and held up the ring, I'll never forget how beautiful it looked. That was 2 weeks ago and I stilll can't stop looking at it. It is perfect. And it fits perfectly. I get compliments everywhere I go. I'm sure that we'll be using dimend SCASSI for all of our future jewelry needs.

After months of searching for the perfect engagement ring I came across dimend SCAASI on the web. There is no other jeweler like this. I knew exactly what I wanted and when I found it I was so excited. I worked with Lexi who was most helpful in matching exactly what I was looking for. The ring that I wanted was not offered in a princess cut. Lexi made a few calls and after a few custom modifications I had the ring I spent endless hours looking for. I live in Greece and my now fiance :-) lives in the States. There was no other way for me to get the right diamond for her without going online. After searching many sites I found Dimend Scaasi and would not have been able to get the right ring in time without their help. Being able to see the diamond via streaming video was just the beginning. They rushed my order to have in ready in just one week and overnighted to me so I could propose during a short, but so important recent visit back to the states. After the weeks I spent researching diamonds, rings, and local and online vendors - I definitely feel deserving of an honorary doctorate from the GIA. I came across DS at the last minute, actually - just before I was almost about to purchase from another online vendor.

It became clear that DS had a fantastic selection and very consistent pricing and, importantly, some of the most unique settings of all online vendors. Most of the popular sites clearly contract through a pre-set collection of settings, as any detail-oriented shopper will soon notice. You will begin to think you're seeing the same ring in 8 different places. Not so at Dimend Scaasi. You'll fine some of the most unique settings around at reasonable pricing.

On top of this, their customer service is very personal. I set up my order with Alexa and she had a refreshingly honest discussion with me about my choice of stone and ring, to the point that she steered me away from a slightly smaller, but more expensive stone to a slightly larger less expensive stone that would still be just as beautiful but would provide a more stunning look. That was impressive! As well, she ensured that the ring would arrive weeks ahead of schedule, just in time for the big day.

In the end, the product that arrived is quite like nothing I've ever seen, and I shopped a LOT for my fiance's engagment ring. Dimend Scaasi's selection, quality, and service are as good as shopping in person and better quality. You can trust these guys to get you exactly what you're looking for and completely stun you with their final product.

I basically stumbled upon DimendScaasi, and I couln't be happier that I did. I recommend using them to everyone. My wife wanted a cushion cut diamond for her enagement ring, so I shopped around a little and found most jewelers either don't carry those or have a limited selection. I came across DS online, called and talked to Shannon and set up an appointment. I met with Isaac one evening, and he had a great selection of cushion cuts. He and Shannon were very patient and helpful as I narrowed down my choices. Once I had it down to two they actually steered me to the less expensive stone (which really was the better one), so that was nice. When it came to buying our wedding rings, we met with Alexa who was also very helpful and pleasant to work with. My ring is very traditional, so they can do standard rings on top of the custom rings shown on their website. My wife ended up with an eternity band which looks great with the engagement ring. She still gets comments from people she sees everyday. The two most important things to me when it comes to making this recommendation are quality and service. It's clear that Isaac takes pride in his craftsmanship, and as far as I can tell, the construction of her rings is great. Also, the service we received from everyone at DS was great. They were all pleasant to deal with in person, and they were very responsive to phone calls and emails - I think that is a big plus. I don't have any issue recommending DS to everyone, and I know I'll be back for future purchases.

I heard about Dimend Scaasi through a friend and went to see Isaac in early Jan. after going to numerous jewelry stores on Wabash. I walked into Dimend Scaasi and immediately felt right at home. From the beginning, my experience was nothing more than positive. Isaac was professional and extremely honest. He put all of my fears at ease and he made the process of ring buying easy and I felt good about buying my diamond from him. Once the final product came back, it was absolutely breathtaking!!! My fiancee can't stop looking at the bling, bling on her hand. She gets stopped on the street all the time and people ask, "Wow, where did you get your ring?" dimend SCASSI provided great service via their patented Innerview viewing system. This system allowed me to setup a session for viewing a diamond online with great lighting and magnification features. I was able to see all of the differences and compare diamonds live before actually purchasing one.

Combine this with great online prices similar to other warehouse distributors, and even better diamonds (check the GIA specs on the warehouse ones compared to the ones SCASSI provides) for a great ring and experience.

The tension rings are the best. They were able to custom design a ring from two other styles and give me CAD rendered results before actually making the ring, all online hundreds of miles away.

It felt like I was working with a local jeweler personally who also happened to have great online prices. Consider SCASSI and compare these prices to your local mall and be prepared to come back to SCASSI.
