.

I went through the drive-thru today at Culver's in Grayslake. Whilst ordering the rain was pouring in through the open window. The girl taking the order repeated it to us wrong and even after we attempted to correct her they still screwed it up. I asked for mustard and pickles and she repeated back mustard and ketchup..HUH? That doesn't even rhyme!
When they FINALLY brought the food out to our car, where might I say more rain entered my vehicle, I immediately checked the receipt. It was correct. BUT, when arriving home we found no fries came with our BASKET even though it clearly says FRY on the receipt... The ketchup that I did not ask for was right there along with mustard and pickles. What? If it's not on the receipt, how did it end up on my F'N burger? Did the cook over hear her repeating the order back to us saying "mustard and ketchup" and so he ASSumed he could start assembling before the order ticket arrived?
I called and talked to the so-called manager, he offered to "help me out". I told him I wasn't about to go back out there especially in the rain, that I didn't want anything from him except to "Fix His People"!

Ok, I'm done. Thank you all very much for reading. I hope that you all can enjoy Culver's food without the headache. Keep the rain out. Good Day.

P.S. The actual "butter burger" meat, really doesn't taste that great.

And let it be said: If people are ordering and waiting outside in their vehicles in the rain, you had better get a frigging CANOPY by the ordering area and where the cars are in park, especially for your employees running out there with food in paper bags while it is raining/snowing/hailing/etc. People don't want rain to get in their cars.. DUH!!!!!! Their system sucks.

Culver's works very hard at creating a family atmosphere, and provides different fundraisers for students. It cost a little bit more than most fast food places, but it is well worth it for the quality of their food. My favorite is the chicken strips with onion rings, followed by the flavor of the day. The custard is made daily and well worth trying at least once!
