Borders is a laid back kind of place. There are many people sitting in comfy chairs and are just reading books. I guess it's like test driving a car. No salespersons hounding you but are very much around if you need help in finding a certain book. Their selection is huge. I really like the layout of this store.

PROS: relaxing atmosphere, huge selection
CONS:

I've gone to this store also,it is great to go there on a rainy or cold day as you can sit and really look through the books before you purchases them. the staff is friendly and helpful and i have made purchases there on some really cool books. the only downfall is that they do not have sales on books that often and i would purchase more books or music if they had more items i would like on sale.

I purchased a book at this store recently and decided to stay and read in their cafe. The staff in the actual bookstore were very good in helping me find the book I was looking for and the price was great also. The cafe area is really clean and has nice snacks to choose from . The area that you can sit down and read in is very relaxing when it is not busy. But when the store is busy you are better off going home to read and relax.

PROS: Clean, big and huge store
CONS: can get really busy
