Top Notch Deal and Installation - I got a great deal on a full car stero installation and speakers in my Ford Explorer. The owner tinted my windows for $99 as a special deal. Quality fast work and installation work was good.

Pure Amateur Job. They installed my system and now my AC doesn't work. I did not discover this for several weeks because I don't drive my car everyday. When I went back they claimed there was no way it was their fault and when I argued the owner looked me dead in the eye and said "I don't remember you, do you have a receipt" Horrible job, Horrible Customer Service!

Most of the cars done at this shop will have problems. Specially new cars. They have no idea how car electronics works. If something is wrong Arther any installation they will try to blame the car .Sales people do not know what you need to have a professional installation for you car. They are OK for cars for 80 and 90s.

We brought our car to eli and regular maintenance. The price was a little higher than a regular mechanic, but the service was reliable and the turnaround time was reasonable. I have confidence in this business , but rather they build their business on trust so that you come back again and again.good job tank u eli

Be careful because the owner (Eli) will try selling you discontinued products that are of lower quality/specifications than he says they are. Make sure you know your stuff, or research before you purchase. You get discounts on products and installation if you purchase them together from him; however, he is not an authorized dealer for most of the products he sells. So, most of the manufacturers warranties are void when you purchase them from him.

If you pay cash, you do not have to pay sales tax, but you also do not get a receipt that says what you purchased. It just says the package and the price. This wouldn??t be accepted by manufacturers for a warranty. He includes a 30 day warranty on everything, but what happens after that?especially if your receipt doesn??t say what you??ve purchased? Not to mention, the receipt he gives is a repair receipt. So, it looks like he??s just repaired your audio instead of selling and installing.

Here??s my experience?I purchased a whole bunch of car audio from him. He sold me a JVC deck that did not have enough outputs for my 2 amps, but neither he nor I knew that until they installed it. That??s something I would expect him to know. So, I had to bring my car back to have another deck installed, but they didn??t have the JVC deck that I needed so they were going to have to order it. So, I just had him install a Sony deck. Well, when I picked-up my car for the second time around there were cords sticking out from the trim on the passenger side. I also didn??t notice until a week later that there were cords that were routed over some metal plates in the corner of the rear seat, which they even failed to just run under the trim. That??s something that needed to be done on the install. Also, they left all kinds of wire scraps and electrical tape in my car. Not a neat install at all. And to top it off, even though they installed ground loop isolators, I am still getting noise coming thru the speakers. They told me that the noise was due to my car battery being in the trunk and it??s too close to my amps, and that??s what??s causing the noise. So, apparently they either didn??t want to fix the problem and they gave me some B/S excuse or they didn??t know how to fix it and are incompetent.

In conclusion, if you??re looking to get something easy installed like just a deck or just a couple of speakers for cheap then you may consider this place. However, be warned of all I mentioned above.
Oh, and the receptionists are worthless!

I JUST got my new radio installed at the Auto Sound Barrier. I'm telling you, they did a WONDERFUL job with my installation. It took about a half an hour, maybe even a little LESS than that! Usually, installation of any radio takes 45 minutes, sometimes more.
I was really pressed for time, and, not wanting them to rush (and do a bad job), I didn't even say anything. I just bit my lip and waited as patiently as I could. Well, I didn't have to wait very long anyway, and they did everything right the first time! I thought sure, because I'm a naturally skeptical and untrusting person, that they would have crossed at least ONE wire or something, but no siree bob. They really know what they're doing in there. And trust me, the tip I gave them was well-deserved.
If anyone needs a radio installed, these are the people to go to. They beat almost everyone's price for installation, and they do an EXCELLENT job. Trust me.

PROS: Excellent service, skilled, experienced mechanics
CONS: Unhelpful receptionist
