I would like to thank you for the excellent customer service I received on a regular basis from your store employee ( Bogdan Mamalat)...Ive shopped your store and have been assisted by him many times. Ive found him to be a very knowledgeable,courteous,and considerate employee...He makes shopping at your store a very pleasant experience because I feel I can trust his judgement and that he has my cars welfare as his chief concern...I will recommend your company & Bogdan Manalat to all my friends,co-workers, and fellow church members.sincerely,eugene s spizzirri

Had to go to Autozone to replace a gas cap on my car. I went in and had to find a employee to help me find the gas cap section. I told him what car I had and he said "just look on the packaging to find the right one". He wasn't doing anything at the time, and I would've thought he could've helped me. As it was, I was confused on which one to get, so I brought two up to the counter and the person ringing me up helped me sort it out. I thought the customer service was poor, as it seemed other people in the store at the time were also having problems getting anyone to help them. I wouldn't go back here again.
