I didnt have a lot of experience with movers and packers because I moved into my first furnished apartment right out of my dorm room so I didnt really have a lot of stuff that I had shift and since a friend of mine had a pickup things were taken care of. So when I had to move from Chicago to DC I was frantic because I had never hired the services of movers. So even though Best Price Moving and Storage was highly recommended by my friends I was very skeptical. I didnt know if they would handle my things carefully and if they would manage to deliver my things on time. But they made life very simple for me; they did the packing, picked up my things on the designated day and delivered them on time. I dont know if I will be moving again but if I do it will only be Best Price Moving and Storage for me.

I used Best Price for a move from Central Il to Northern PA. They were fine in terms of packing and moving the items but delivery was delayed by more than 2 days vs. the promised date of delivery. All that was fine till they informed me that a book shlef and coffee table glass top that they had packed for me was broken in the move. After filing cliams with their claim co. (Anthem Claim Mgt LLC), I have been informed that I will be recompensated only $24 for the damages !!!!!! I would be certainly more careful next time I choose a packer and mover.

It is with great pleasure that to write this review regarding Best Price Moving and Storages assistance on our recent move. Although long in distance, our moving requirements were, I am sure, as demanding as they get. Heavy furniture, challenging portals, hoisting, boosting, passing, and packaging: The BP crew did it all. Our belongings were delivered, as promised, in the condition they left. And, to top it off, They accomplished this feat with minimal direction, on time and on budge, while I was stuck at work all day and my wife juggled our young daughter's schedule as well as all of the last minute packing. I want to thank the Best Price crew for all of their help. I would also like to mention that Brian, our estimator was meticulous and accurate. I do a lot of relocating for my career and Best Price Moving & Storage has been the smoothest move by far. I started off by going over an inventory list checking the items that I had questions about with the salesman. He asked about packaging, and how I told me how I could save $300 on packaging fees by purchasing the materials myself. He met me the next evening for an In-home estimate where he took a detailed list of my items room by room, and told me which things need to be packed, which need to be shrink wrapped, which items needed moving boxes, and which items needed crating! I thought I was going to need to wait to the next day to get a price quote from him, but he had this printer with him and printed out the quote from his laptop.
The following week the movers came to my house and spent 3 hours packing my belonging and another 2 hours loading it into the truck. The driver was very polite and so were the movers. I received a phone call from Best Prices dispatch office 5 days later to update me on arriv

Best Price Moving & Storage provided a wonderful service. I researched some of the moving companies that contacted me after I did an online request and found them to be pretty solid companies. 5 contacted me and I decided to contract with one of them that gave me a fair quote. They came to our house, packed everything professionally and didn't raise the quote on us .They delivered us in 4 days and everything was delivered the same way it was picked up. I would recommend this company and website to others.

My experience was really positive and I would use them again if I have to move again. Drivers were professional and in the end I was not charged extra for everything that I have read about other companies. I was comfortable with them over the phone and they assured me everything would work out fine and it did. Great company.

I recently used Best Price moving and storage for a move out of Chicago back to California where I wanted to live back closer to my family there. I got a call from best price moving and we quickly went over a list of items I was bringing with me on the move. Then we over estimated a little on the weight for the simple fact that if my shipment were to weigh less then the original estimate, i would get reimbursed but if it would to go over the estimate I'd probably get slapped with a huge fine so I went the safer than sorry route. The salesman booked my move for me then from that point on I stayed in contact with the dispatcher and customer service to find out when the movers when come, they did a great job and now I'll be receiving my check for the extra 250LBs the we overestimated by. I couldn't be happier!

I used Best Price Moving and Storage and it turned out to be not so bad afterall. The scheduling was a breeze when the office contacted us, after giving them an inventory list of items that I was moving, they had a quote ready for me and told me everything I needed to know about moving and what I should do next. When the movers showed up, there were 3 guys, 1 driver, and they worked really fast. They delivered everything six days later (as scheduled) and even called me a few hours beforehand to let me know they were on their way. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldnt change a thing except for maybe buying more rolls of tape. The salesman told me ahead of time to buy a few rolls but I under estimated when I was at the store and had to pay a little extra for more. Otherwise I highly recommend!

"If I had the choice, I'd actually give them a 3.75. But I'm a tough reviewer! Let me say that overall, everything turned out well. The movers came on time and were quite nice. At first I could tell the movers were trying to get me to agree to extra charges- they kept offering me things at ridiculous costs (20 bucks for a box???), but I think they also figured out soon that I'm not that much of a sucker. When they left they told me they wished all their customers were as nice as me- that was sweet:) The reviews on customer service are somewhat accurate. The sales people are as sweet as candy until they have you hooked in, and as soon as your stuff is picked up they will ignore you and refuse to return calls. In all fairness, they probably aren't the right people to call once your stuff has been picked up. The right people to start communicating with is the dispatch unit, since they can actually track down where your stuff is at any given moment. I used Best Price Moving and Storage and it was and overall good move. When the movers showed up, they were a couple of men on a mission, to get our move done right yet efficiently. They delivered everything six days later (as scheduled). I have no complaints other than a coffee table that lost its leg, but we were able to fix it, I couldnt complain too much, the stuff made it over a thousand miles without more damage than that. My daughter was just finishing up school at Chicagos DePaul University and after 4 years of living there, she accumulated a lot of things that she needed to bring back home. When we moved her there, it was only a few items that we were able to move ourselves with my husbands pick-up truck, but this time with her extra belongings, we decided rather than making a few trips in and out of Illinois let alone the city, we wanted to hire a moving company to do the work for us. We searched for ones in Chicago to try to cut down the cost of the move and we found Best Price Moving and Storage. After reading so many good reviews about them and talking to their staff over the couple of days it took us to schedule, I trusted this company. Im glad we found them because the move went so smooth and my daughter didnt have to stress during finals. Everything was done for her and the movers were very professional.

Thank goodness for Best Price Moving and Storage. I kid you not, if it werent for this company, I dont know what I would have done. I was in a bit a rush to move due to my circumstances and so I literally went with the company that was offering the lowest price and it was a huge mistake. After I had already put down a deposit for my move that was supposed to be happening in a week I started talking to co-workers and friends about my upcoming move and I kept hearing horror stories so I second guessed my decision to go with the cheapest price and started doing research on the first company I chose. Come to find outthis was a broker! They didnt even own any trucks. They were going to sell my move to some random company and thats where the hidden fees come from. Best Price Moving and Storage did a great job. They were very affordable and very courteous. The only problem I had was that they showed up a little late but that was ok. On the day of the move youre so anxious that the fact that they arrived a little late gave me extra time to prepare last second tasks that I might have forgotten to do if they hadnt been. The movers were very professional and the sales team couldn't have been any more informative. They answered all of my questions straight up unlike the run around I was getting from other companies. My stuff arrived to my new home about a week later and I had no damages. I had made my final payment on that day and I was happy to see that all the charges stayed the same, there were no misc. or extra charges and that was a great feeling. I would like to say to Best Price that they did a wonderful job on my move! The movers did the job fast yet with great care and I knew that once they arrived, they were all about quality service and professionalism. They made me feel like a queen when they showed up at my house. I told them which items I was moving and they would do so with great care onto the truck. I tried to help them carry some smaller items to the truck and they asked me to please allow them to do it. I was so impressed with the way they treated me that I ran to dunkin doughnuts down the street to get them all a bunch of doughnuts before they had leave and they were all very thankful for that. I am glad I chose to go with Best Price moving and I hope that some of the readers out there researching a moving company find this review because everyone deserves to be treated with this kind of respect when moving their belongings so far.

I used Best Price for a move last month that actually went really well. I was really surprised because I had heard so many horror stories from friends and family who have moved before and since they all had experiences with the well known companies I decided to go a different route. I went online and filled out a list of everything I planned on moving. This website said they would help find the best company for me and it did! I got a phone call from Best Price that following Monday and at first I was skeptical because I had never heard of them before but then I realized that although I had heard about the other name brand movers, everything I heard about them was bad so I figured Best Price had to be better than them. If your looking to move, Im sure your as stressed out as I was but when I decided to go with Best Price Moving and Storage, they made the whole process so easy. I also used Best Price for my recent move from Wisconsin to New Mexico. I grew up in New Mexico and moved away when I was a teen because my Mother had a career opportunity in Wisconsin. Now that Im older and re-connecting with old friends, I found myself wanting to move back to Albuquerque, not only for my friends but as an athletic trainer, there are plenty of jobs here for me. Unlike in Wisconsin where its very cold all the time, I feel like more people are active outdoors in the warmer weather. So long story short, I found a job at the junior college and needed to move there fast in order to be on board for the baseball season and football training. When my Son had moved to Chicago four years ago in order to attend Depaul University as a Freshman, my wife and I decided on trying to save a little money by renting a Uhaul trailer and hitching it to the back of my truck and just loading as much as we could that way. It sounds like a great idea at first but man was it a lot of work. First, the trailer was crooked. We drove about 20 miles and noticed it was shaking pretty heavily. We had to stop at the nearest Uhaul and take everything out of the trailer we had and transfer it into a new trailer. Talk about a pain in the neck! I was a student in Arizona at ASU that just recently graduated. I had used Best Price originally to get my stuff out there. At that time I was living in Chicago and they were a local company which I like to support so I called them and they worked really well for me. So they moved me to Arizona for school . They did such a good job that when I needed a moving company again this May, I called them again. They said they normally only pick up shipments in our around Illinois but since I was a returning customer, they made an exception. I told them if it was too much trouble I would call another company but they insisted on working with me. They said they have most of their trucks coming my way anyways and so that helped me out. I just think that for a family owned moving company with all of its own trucks, they do a great job of getting peoples belongings moved and on time. I just moved from Iowa to Seattle and I did it with Best Price Moving and Storage. The whole process was great! I was moving in order to live with my boyfriend and he said he would set me up with a professional moving company because he wanted everything to run smooth and easy for me since he couldnt be there during the pickup in Iowa. He called up Best Price and told them he was scheduling the move for me and they made it so easy. He was able to put down the deposit and then when I got to Seattle, we both split the cost of the rest of the move. My main reason for liking this company was the fact that they made me feel comfortable being a woman and by myself while these guys came to pick everything up. I called Best Price Moving and storage for my move out of Illinois to Vegas. I didnt know a thing about moving but when I filled out a online quote through a website, I was contacted by Best Price Moving and storage the very next day. I was hoping that since I am a female moving out to Vegas by myself, that I wouldnt get taken advantage of and that was kind of the feeling I got when some of the other moving companies out there contacted me but when Nick at Best Price called me, I felt really comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. He explained everything to me, (sometimes more than once ) and his confidence that everything was going to be ok made me feel better about the whole situation. I found out about Best Price from a co-worker of mine who used to work with me at the auto plant in Detroit. The plant was being closed down and so a number of us decided to move to Arizona to work at the Toyota plant there. So when I called Best Price, the salesmen I spoke to were very polite and helpful along with informative. They made the high stressful situation of moving a little easier to manage. They took a deposit of I think 17% when I scheduled the day to be picked up and then I paid the rest when it was delivered. I thought the entire process went smoothly and they kept a good amt of communication with me throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to make a long distance move.

I am part of the Crew for the Steve Wilkos show which for several years now has been filmed out of Chicago. Well due to high costs to film in Chicago, we are now filming out of Connecticut so I chose to make the move with the show in order to continue working with this fantastic group of people. When looking for a mover, a fellow crew member recommended I use Best Price Moving and Storage. They said they had been communicating with them to do his move and that they were very promising. This company is great! I used Best Price moving and storage about a month ago for my move and the service went far beyond what I imagined. I have moved before and the company I used was comparable to, welllets just say it was pretty bad. So this time I knew I had to go with someone else and all my instincts led me to go with Best Price. All I have to say is Im glad that I did! They were professional from the first phone call we had, up until the drop off of all my things at my new house. My sons, TV stand was the only thing that was slightly damaged, it lost one of the plastic feet. But he just took the other 3 off and it still works fine. Honestly I wouldnt have cared if the thing cracked in half; it was a $50 TV shelf/stand from Best buy. I didnt even bother filling a complaint for it because everything else arrived in the same condition it left in so I was left completely satisfied! I cant even begin to tell you how wonderful this move went for me! Moving out of my apt. in Chicago and going to NY was stressful enough but when I made the decision to move there in order to find work, I didnt even take into consideration how I was going to get my stuff almost half way across the country. My family and friends all supported me but as much as they would have liked to helped, its hard for anyone to find time anymore when everyone is trying to work as much as they can these days to make money. I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell everyone out there about how great Best Price Moving and Storage was during my move from Illinois to Colorado. My family and I decided to move mainly for my wifes teaching career but also to be closer to her family and for our love of the outdoors. We would visit every year and my wife had grown up there but I eventually loved going there as well. So I called Best Price because of a recommendation from a friend and I got a great first impression. I had a lot of questions prepared for the salesman before I called and even some of them worded differently just in case I didnt get the answer the first time. I used Best Price for my move from Murfreesboro, Tennessee to Illinois. I found out about this Best Price Moving and Storage when I made arrangements to buy our new home in Danville. When I called them they said they dont normally pick up a move unless its going out of Illinois or that general region but I got lucky and they said they would be having a return truck that would be empty coming back to Illinois from a move that would be happening in Florida. This worked out perfect for me and my family. We put down the deposit they had asked for and the move date was scheduled. We only had about 2 bedrooms of things but the movers that came to pack our stuff helped us out a great deal. Anyone else looking to move out of Murfreesboro (I know theres a great deal of you that I know) this Best Price will do a great deal to fit you in their schedule. I moved with best price because my old roommate at school had used them to move her out of our apt. last year when she was moving back to North Carolina. I keep in touch with her so when I asked her how the move went she really had no complaints and said they were pretty inexpensive compared to some of the other companys that had contacted her and so she highly recommended them to me. I decided to give it a shot. I called them up and I was afraid that with me moving so little they might turn me down or not give me as much attention as other customers with a larger job but they treated me extremely well. They told me everything I needed to know and since my parents were paying for it they were cool enough to talk to them on the phone and give them all the information they needed. I have been moved several times with the military. Out of the big three companies, Best Price Moving and Storage has been the one company that has never let me down. I have had two small claims(less than $100) which they sent me a check within 5 business days to cover.

Right from the beginning when I scheduled my move with the salesman, I could tell he wanted this move to go right for me I think especially since I am in the military. He said if he could get my move to go perfect that all he would ask is for me to refer them to my buddys and write a review. He even threw in a few extra boxes and a couple of cents off the price per pound which I wasnt even going to ask for but I guess he really wanted to make a good impression and it worked! Best Price Moving is going to be the only company I move with from now on. Best move I ever had, especially compared to the nightmares I have experienced with Mayflower and North American Van Lines.

I used Best Price Moving and Storage back in Feb of this year from Illinois to Phoenix and my move went great. From the first visit at the pick up to the delivery of my items I was very pleased with the service and attention that I received. Jenna, my sales rep was awesome, she had a fellow co-worker bring me some extra boxes to my house that I needed to pack up all of my stuff and I still had boxes left over (they were used boxes, but I really didn't care). I did all of my own packing, so I had a few weeks to get my stuff packed. My pick up date was scheduled exactly when I wanted my stuff picked up, even though they give you a two day window. The driver and his helpers showed up on time and did an excellent job loading my stuff and were very professional. They were done a lot quicker than I had thought they would be but I guess thats because I packed it all already, they just had to put it all in the truck. Please Please Please skip the hassle and just go with Best Price Moving and Storage from the beginning. If you are considering who to choose to make your move for you this is the BEST choice. I made the mistake of trusting a broker to make my move by him saying he was able to get me the cheapest price no matter what, I thought this was too good to be trueand it was! The day before my move, I got a confirmation from some random company saying they were going to be at my place to pick up my things! I called the original salesman over a dozen times to ask who this company was and he said they had sold the job to these guys, that they dont do the moves, they sell them. With local moves, we are all guilty of rounding up some friends and bribing them to help us move. Its all more trouble than its worth but we end up doing it anyways. This time around, that wasnt an option. When my wife and I decided to move halfway across the country in order to pursue a new career, we had to make an affordable and reliable move. My family moved from Southern Illinois to Mill Valley, CA in Dec. of 2008. Every aspect of the move was not only highly professional, but pleasant as well. The agent who came out to do the estimate gave lots of very good advice. The young men who packed, and later the crew who loaded, all treated our belongings carefully and professionally. The driver touched bases with me from time to time during the long drive, to let me know where he was and when he anticipated arriving to the new house.

Unfortunately on such a big move some things do go wrong. One item went missing and only 1 item was broken. Once reported, the claims people contacted us immediately, sent inspectors out within days of contacting us, and sent us a check for the items claimed within a week of the inspectors' report.

We've moved extensively over the past 22 years, and this was one of the best moves we've experienced.

Best Price Moving and Storage walked me through the whole process. Brian the salesman was up front and honest. When I called in, Brian showed me multiple websites and walked me through them to show so amazing figures I never knew were available to me as a customer such as one of the websites that showed me how many trucks Best Price owns and how many moves they have made in the last yearand then he compared that to some of the other moving companies I was interested in and the other companies didnt even compare in the amt. of experience Best Price proved to have. So we went through an inventory of all my belongings and he had a quote ready for me right away. I called Best Price moving and Storage hoping to get an estimate of my move to compare it to other estimates I had received from other moving companies. I told this to Casey, my sales rep and he told me he was sure best price could beat the other companies offer. He also said if I got an in-home estimate done, which they were able to set up that day, that the estimate would be binding and that the cost of the move could not get higher than the estimate I would receive during the in-home. The price Best Price Moving quoted is what brought me to them, other companies I had contacted wanted more money and I was under the impression these other moving companies might have been brokers as well which would have meant the prices they were giving me were sure to go up. (those sneaky hidden costs you hear about). The service Best Price provided will bring me back, if I ever decide to move again

I contacted them with just a week to schedule a pick-up date and everything went smoothly. The service was friendly and professional. I really couldnt have asked for more!

We packed our stuff ourselves because fortunately we had some time do so and save a little more money and also, got some tips from our salesman on where to buy certain packing materials. I thought for sure that there would be some broken things when they arrived at the new place, however, even our most fragile items arrived safe and sound.

Best Price Moving and Storage made my move from Iowa to Tennessee worry free. The drivers were very prompt and courteous. Usually after a move, I have spent precious time digging through boxes and furniture just to locate an item that is needed right then. But the movers over at Best Price pack everything by room and label all the boxes so that everything was easy to find after! Moving can be really stressful and Ive gone through the whole Uhaul process before but quickly decided it was well worth it to pay professionals to do the move instead. Of course we all say, "this is my last move", but if I ever move again, I will call Best Price Moving and Storage again in a heart beat! It is by far the most convenient way to move.

In December, we used Best Price Moving and Storage to move the furniture from my Mothers estate from Illinois to our home in Washington state. The service sounded great and we were curious to see how it would work and if everything would go smoothly.

We couldn't have been more pleased. Our driver for the pick-up called to let us know he was coming and arrived right on time. He and the movers were courteous and efficient!

The truck was in excellent condition and they were able to get in everything in just under 2 hours

The truck arrived at our new home about a week later. Once again, the driver called first and was courteous and prompt. Our furniture was in great shape and we were spared the long drive and having to pack it all ourselves.

Best Price Moving provides a great service and is reasonably priced. We would highly recommend it to anyone planning a move or needing to move goods in an economical, efficient, and low stress way.

Best Price Moving Company, did an outstanding job for us. They picked us up on time and delivered the goods when they said they would on the other end 610 miles away. The actual charges came in a little below the estimate. The driver Jose and his crew were neat and courteous and handled our goods with the utmost care. The packing was superb and as a result nothing was damaged. After reading all the horror stories, I will say I was very apprehensive when choosing a mover for all our household goods and antiques which included a delicate compound curve glass display cabinet. As a result, when we decided upon Best Price (A Local Carrier), we went to their facility to check out the operation at 3912 W McLean. We were impressed with the attention given us and met several of the staff including the Karen, the Customer Service Manager. Everyone assured us we would have a successful move and we did. If you are in Chicago, be certain to call upon Best Price for your moving needs.

Inexpensive. Careful. Courteous. Went above and beyond. Stashed all my stuff in one storage unit 10x15 (quite a feat, actually).

Despite short notice, my dad changing his mind about what to take to which of two destinations (required a re-pack and not their fault), and stopping by one of the two destinations twice, they carefully packed my late husband's suits in boxes (when I was just going to leave them in the hanger bags), and got a three-bedroom-two-bath-plus-garage-full-of-stuff into a 10 X 15 storage unit. Their truck was clean, had all the supplies they needed, wrapped every piece of furniture in clean blankets, and they left the old place REALLY clean. I moved just over the state line, and even after re-packing almost the entire truck before leaving the total bill came to just over $1,250.00 for supplies and over the entire long distance move.

Normally I move by feeding friends pizza. This time I elected to pay someone to move my almost totally packed house. They were great. Worth every penny,

I hired Best Price Movers to move my mother and was very impressed with their service. The girl that answered the phone (Jenna) was very helpful and didn't seem like she was trying to sell me anything. She went over what I was looking to move and gave the estimate via the phone and was able to make several good suggestions to reduce the cost of the move, and on the move day the driver and his crew were right on time and did a great job. There was a large hot tub that was difficult to move but they handled it without problem. We considered moving my Mom's car with Best Price but they suggested a lower cost alternative through a specialized car hauler Jenna recommended. Nothing was broken and the cost at the end of the move was exactly what they said it would be. Some stuff was taken to their warehouse for storage, and when we called to have it delivered, again they were right on time and no surprises with the bill.

OK, so I went with ALL the reviews I read about
Best Price. Yes, they were the lowest bidder, but it wasn't just that. The guy that called us the bid was really nice. He assured me he'd follow up with me the day of the move (which he did), and I liked that assurance.

Well the day of the move came, and the movers were on time. Unfortunately, they brought a truck that was too small. They said another truck was following to make up for that.

There were 4 guys including the driver(I thought three guys were coming). The driver stayed on the truck and the other 3 worked their tushes off. It was over 80 degrees that day, and I was moving from a 2nd floor condo.

They loaded up the truck with as much as they could fit (then the second truck showed up) and we were off. I treated everyone to McDonald's for lunch (my old condo is right by one). I'd supplied plenty of all different kinds of drinks, knowing that it was going to be a hot one. My husband and I made sure to tell the driver that we weren't upset a

When we moved our (then) small household across country from Ohio to Washington State, we got bids from Mayflower, Allied and Best Price. At $5,300, Best Price was by far the lowest bidder -- the others were at $7,500 and up. Plus, the Best Price salesman offered us from free wardrobes boxes. My new employer was only covering the first $5,000 of moving costs, so we signed up. We did most of the packing ourselves; we hired a couple of Best Price movers to do the china and other few breakables.

The anxious part came when the driver appeared to survey our stuff. It turns out the agent had seriously underestimated the weight on accident. Instead of the driver being able to take two whole households out west, our stuff took up three-quarters of his truck. He wasn't upset at all, and calmly called the dispatch at Best Price to tell them how much space we were going to take up. To my surprise they said that because I took up so much space on the truck they would delivery me STRAIGHT TO WASHINGTON STATE!!!!

When I decided to relocate from Illinois to Colorado I wanted to hire professional movers. About five weeks before the move I had two moving companies look-over my possessions to be moved and offer quotes. Although Best Price was somewhat higher in price than American Pro Moving, I went with them for a variety of reasons, and it turned out to be a good choice.

Getting Quotes
I originally intended to get quotes from three companies. But American Pro Moving and Nationwide Relocation Services offered similar prices to do the move, plus Best Price's agent was much more professional and organized than both the competitors. One big factor is that Best Price offered a Binding Quote, which meant the price would not go higher than 10%, but could go lower if the actual weight of the load was lower than estimated. I also liked how the Best Price's agent explained the whole process and exactly which steps I would need to take to make it a successful move.

I have moved 3 times in my life and none of them were a pleasant experience to say the least. I guess with each experience comes a little knowledge and maybe this time I had enough knowledge to get things right when I selected Best Price for this move. I guess it all came at the right time too considering that this is the first long distance move I am making with my new family. I selected this company for a few reasons. 1. Their sales rep. was not overly pushy. Some of the other people who were contacting me were like hungry wolves trying to get my cash. Casey was so calm with me and patiently answered my questions and also filled in the missing gaps of information that pertained to how all this moving stuff works. He really was able to shed some light on how it all goes down and it definitely went hand in hand with the previous experiences I've had and explained a lot as to why I never had a positive moving experience.

Before our move (our first in forty-three years), we interviewed four major movers and ultimately decided to go with Best Price Moving and Storage. Our decision was due, for the most part, to the professionalism and candor of the sales representative as compared with the others.

We had heard all of the horror stories about movers losing or destroying irreplaceable personal treasures. Best Price did not lose nor damage one item. We left our lifelong home near Chicago for our retirement abode near Phoenix. Best Price's driver and his crew are to be commended for their fast, clean and courteous performance. Being an older couple too, I am glad to say I didn't feel taken advantage of at all throughout the entire move, only treated with the utmost respect.

There is so much negative stuff posted about moving companies; I am happy to report there is at least one good one out there.

We moved from Chicago, IL to Clinton, UT with Best Price Moving and Storage and our experience was great. The salesman was personable and he quoted very accurately, they arrived on time to pack, load and deliver (in fact, wanted to deliver a day early but we were not ready), they could have used extra help when loading the truck as it took more than few hours, but all in all, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend them.

Very good service. Caring and the workers are well-mannered. Efficient and well-priced company. Obviously, since it is a moving company there will be a scratch on the wall or floor (with big, bulky, heavy items) but that will be fixed. They have great workers whom you can trust come into your home and help. We moved out of our 4-bedroom house that we lived in for more than 22 years and the consideration and work that they provided was phenomenal. I would recommend them to anybody who is timid about moving or even the very experienced people who have moved many times. This company is held to the highest rating in my eyes. With summer coming around the men have humid/hot weather to work in, I could only imagine how miserable it has to be, yet they are still working to their best when sweating and dehydrated.

Amazing, I have never had more respect for movers!

Best Price moved me across country. We had a few things are damaged while "In transit" but their customer service department and Bobbi has been incredibly responsive in resolving the problems. They went out of their way to fix or replace damaged items and went so far as to order a replacement item. We were extremely impressed when a table was delivered to our home days after the customer service department got involved. Things are going to get damaged moving interstate, however this company actually works with and not against the customer.

It's great to see a company the values their customers.

I want to compliment the two men that moved me on Sunday Feb. 7, 2009. First of all they showed up on time, 8AM on a Sunday morning ready to work. Allen and Adam were the movers and they very polite and professional.

My furniture and crystal were carefully handled and wrapped to ensure save travel. I wish I had Allen and Adam on the California part of my move so I could have given them a larger tip (didn't have much cash on me during the pickup, sorry guys). I have given two other people business cards from your company. I am a very demanding consumer and I don't give referrals readily. But I feel confident that all your customers receive the same high level of care as I did. Again thank you so much for a stress free move. I will use Best Price Moving if I find my way back to the cold cold Midwest.

I moved a few months ago and used Best Price Moving - they were FANTASTIC! They were on time, moved quickly and were very pleasant and professional. The policy and rates were explained to me prior to the move, by Casey, so there was no confusion. In addition, they answered any questions that I had that were not covered under rates and/or policy, and they were more than happy to do so.

My family and friends have used Best Price in the past as well and have the same favorable opinion of them as I do.

If you want a moving company that's fast, professional, honest and friendly, I would consider using this company.

P.S. The driver Lola is a great mover, extremely impressive!
