when I was moving my stuff from Chicago to Las Vegas. After reading all the reviews I was skeptical if I should go with this company as their quote was the best I had gotten. After addressing my concerns with Denise, I went ahead with the move. I was flying in from Las Vegas to Chicago I was working on tight schedule, the truck came on time which the companny had mentioned and also Denise called to inform when the truck left chicago. I had called during the transit time to check on the eta of delivery everyone at Best Price helped me and also my shipment came on the date I had requested. Also there was no damage or missing boxes. I would highly recommend this company

This company sucks. Worst move ever!! They lie about being able to verify the weight before loading or after loading. I moved from Ohio to Florida and was told that my goods would be taken to Chicago to be weighed (after everything was loaded) on another truck. It took 24 days to receive the scale tickets I requested after the move. And, as an unknowing person, I can't even read the ticket with 4 different stamps on it. How do I know which weight was mine. Also upon delivery, my bed rails where missing. They were still in Chicago and weren't delivered for 10 more days. I am disabled with multiple sclerosis so this was a huge inconvienence.
There is a big discrepancy on the paperwork. Also was not told I'd pay the weight of 100 moving blankets or fuel. Oh, my clothes in the wardrobe box were delivered upside down as well. Alot of good that did, to hang them up. I agree with alot of you saying how hard it is to estimate weight or to tell how many boxes and size you will have. Not fair!!!! Let alone to describe the damages that were done.

The rating system forcing me to rate at least one. That is the only reason I have them that rating. I tried to move my house from Texas to IL and I choose them to move my stuffs. They picked my stuff on time and then no news from them. They appointed some other local mover to picl the items and store it in some place.. god only knows where it is.. Whenever I call them my stuff is still in texas and will start from there in couple of days. With a baby of 3 months old, my family is struggled a lot for weeks. In contract they says 3-5 business days to deliver in IL, and when I pointed out that the response was very rude and unprofessional. They said they will drop my items back to the place from where they picked that.
In short, never ever use this company unless you want to add a ton of stress and discomfort to your move. Their price is not very low, but very attractive. But you will not even get half of what you paid for. The same experience (might be better) you can get by paying a 1000 less. Dont get trapped with the sweet sale reps.. you will never get them on phone once your items are picked up.. Beware and stay away from this company....

Let me first say that I get that we are accountable for reading a contract, but no amount of reading can protect you if a company has all of the power and can manipulate the facts. We moved from Ohio to Iowa and it cost us almost $7,000. Movers showed up approx. 8 hours late and didn't leave until after midnite. The truck they brought was too small (which I could see immediately) and they had to leave several items behind. Were told that we underestimated the number of items and that a new truck would have to be sent, which meant a new order, new estimate and more $$$. We told them they were crazy, drove the 8 hrs. to Iowa, rented a small U'Haul and drove back to Ohio, loaded the items ourselves and returned to Iowa. When the movers showed up to deliver the contents of our home to our storage unit, I stayed to supervise. Because of the language barrier, it was difficult to communicate. They had no concerns about placing items in an orderly manner. The foot of one barstool was resting on my dresser leaving a dent. Tables were shoved against another dresser leaving a dent. Tape was placed on the surface of items leaving extensive residue impossible to remove. A new jewelry armoire was destroyed. Water marks on the dressers most likely from the sweat of the movers and vacuums/mops placed in clothing wardrobes. When these boxes were opened all of the clothes were at the bottom. We filed a claim and based on the contract were only allowed a small percentage of the retail value of the items damaged, which amounted to $200 (the value of the jewelry box). Two months went by and no check. Called and of course, they said they never received our claim. Called again and claim found. Told the check is on it's way. We'll see. Did I mention that we paid less to move to Ohio and had more furniture. Or that some of the furniture we had in our home in Ohio stayed with the new owners. Showing up with a truck that's too small and then blaming the home owner is a total scam. I also question whether the employees are in this country legally. Run, don't walk, to another moving company.

Best Price Moving did an excellent job for a move our family hired for my disabled sister. We moved her from Wisconsin to Ga. From the beginning to end Best Price was superb. One must understand that Best Price is "taking a risk" when giving estimate's on ones weight of the shipment. We as the customer have the option to set for the amount we think the weight may be. however when the items are weighed... the outcome is the reality of what is being moved.
I never felt that Best Price ever tried to "make excessive or unfair" money from our agreement. Everything was very reasonable.
From customer service to the men making the actual move our service was outstanding. They were friendly, kind and very reasonable. in today's economy i found it refreshing to work with an honest company and i pride myself in being an honest customer. it works both ways!
I would highly recommend them for your next move.

This company is absolutely awful! I was misquoted from the word go. Our bill was almost $3000 for a 1 bedroom with 100 boxes when we were originally quoted $1300. I called several times with no answer to advise them that we were over weight from our original quote and to get an adjusted quote. I am not an expert in judging the weight of a move and never did they offer an inhome estimate to assess the weight which I was told after the bill was available. The manager actually told me that we were given a visual estimate(still 1200lbs light of the actual charge) when the movers arrived and we could have refused service and not moved. We had sold the condo, reserved the move out in a high rise building and I was already in LA with my girlfriend stuck at home finishing this. And Mary's advice was "you could have not moved" Are these people for real?!!!! Please do your self a favor and hire another company. YOU WILL REGRET THIS!!!!!!!

There is no zero star rating or else i would have given them that. These guys suck..... They dumped all the items on the street and asked me to pay 300 bucks for bringing them up to my apartment. APART FROM ALL THAT I HAD TO PAY 2000$$$ MORE than what they have quoted. They are real rippers beware on this cheap movers!!!!

My daughter used this company to relocate from Chicago to Phoneix. Not only did they break things but some of her items did not make it. Microwave, blender and other applicances. Unfortunately they lost a box of 1955 chevy parts that had accidently got mixed into her things when she moved from home. This car has been in my family since 1957 and my husband had just begun to restore it. (We have had the car since 1986) I want those parts back. They also used day laborers to unload the truck, would not let her look at her things without payment first and took off like theives in the night after unloading. When she put in for lost and damanged items she could not get anyone to call her back and the manager just always happened to be out. This also happened to me. I plan to presue this company with a vengence and even though I probably will never get the chevy parts back, or will my daughter ever be paid for the broken and stolen items, I want the attorney general of Illinois to look into this company and shut them down.

Don't do it! You will be sorry. They moved my grand piano without using a piano board, which is standard. I was told they would use one. My piano was damaged and when it was time to pay me the per pound rate, they said I owed them more money because they used more boxes. No wonder. They wrapped opened up boxes around the piano. That was all the protection that was used. The "movers" were not professionals-they were day laborers picked up in Seattle after the cross country trip. Things were packed with little or no packing materials. My mother's crystal candle holders were in a box rattling around with no packing material whatsoever, and arrived with many pieces of glass at the bottom of the box. The sales people are smooth, but the others are rude and don't call back when they say they will, especially if you are trying to collect what they owe you. The guy on my end assembled the piano wrong and could have damaged it if I had not hired someone to look at it. Do not hire these people.

I had great service when scheduling a move with this company, however trying to cancel the move was a different story. It took a few phone calls before I was able to reach someone that could cancel an order for me, the first few times I called they just passed me around from person to person until I ended up back at the automated main menu. I finally cancelled the order 9 days before pick up and was not given a refund for my deposit. The paperwork I was sent when scheduling my order says that deposits are fully refundable if an order is canceled 7 days before pickup. When I asked about my refund, I was told that I would have to speak to someone else and forwarded to that persons voicemail. After 17 phone calls to both her and a 'manager', I have not been able to reach either and neither of them have returned my calls. One month later I still have not received my refund. It's funny how easy it was for me to reach someone when it involved giving them money, but it's impossible to reach anyone to get a refund.

I don't think they are good people to deal with. They try to reap you off by giving you smaller quote but than you will find out that they try to get you first by over weight and then by delivering your stuff and adding more money at the end part of your moving. Customer service is really big concern as nobody has clue on status of your delivery.

They are most unprofessional people on earth.They picked up my stuff, didnt pack half of the stuff, damaged my stuff in transit and then sub-leased the job eventually to another small company in las vegas. No communication or effort on their part to deal with our concerns.They ended up loosing quite a bit of stuff in transit , damaged quite a bit of it and the other company dropped the shipment at my address but unassembled. I would strongtly recommend to use any other company in this world but this....

One of the Worst experiences in my consumer history. Awful communication, rude dispatchers and impossible to get a manager on the phone. I have requested to get my stuff back on my own and they refused. I promise it will be the worst moving experience if you use them. Regret my decision ever day to go with the "cheap movers"-- you for sure get what you pay for here.

An awful experience. The list of problems we had with best price is very long, but a good summary is they get you with a low price then show up the day of the move and tell you it will be more or they won't move you (like you really have a choice at that point). Then once they have your stuff they will add on charges or they will not release you stuff. They went $1000 over original quote and there was nothing I could do to get my stuff back. Try calling; no one can make a decision except the supervisor who is unreachable. They were a week late on drop off. And worst of all, many items were damaged, the justification given by the movers is it could have been worse the last people had all their stuff destroyed. I am sure there have been decent experiences with this company but no one wants a bad one and you run a real risk of having one with best price. I would not have them do it again if they paid me, go with another company or do it yourself you will be much happier.

I have nothing good to say about our move. We were assigned to Best Price through our broker American Van Line. BP was 7 hours late for pick-up and were at my apt. until 2:30am.They smoked cigarettes and complained the whole time about the size of my load (4000 lbs).Unprepared and unqualified.They tried to charge me extra for supplies right off the bat.Extremely poor packing skills.TV found in a box alone,no padding!I am embarrassed to say I tipped them because I thought they did a good job.Our belongings sat in their warehouse for 2 1/2 weeks before being delivered, past our window of course.I had to call everyday looking for an update on the status, while sitting in an empty house.Obviously our boxes were thrown around as we have about $3500 in damaged items.No one will take accountability and continue to blame someone else.Our carrier blamed "mexicans in the warehouse." Both supervisors required me calling daily for about two weeks to finally speak to and the only advice is to file a claim.Now I wait.

This is the worst move we have done in 30 years. The sales man was very nice and agreed to everything that was needed. The weight was est as we packed the boxes. The actual weight was at the low end after truck weight. The sales man agree to provide boxes for mirrors,and other items . Upon arrival the driver said that these charges were extra and charge us for space not weight as agree with sales man.the driver said unless we signed and agree to the charges he would not unload and said this needed to be discuss with the company. To get our household goods we agreed and sign .Of course the sales man would never return our calls 15 calls and know we must go into the court system. This is how this company operates Bait then switch let the driver take it on which forces you to agree if you want your goods Avoid this company they are scam .keep looking they tell you what you want to hear up front but once they get your goods they will get more money out of you beware they will be cheap but you will pay more in the end

Very dissatisfied so far with their service. They did not show up when they said they would. They tried to guilt me into tipping the crew, but these are small issues. It has been 18 days since they pick my items up, and they had 10 days to deliver. NO ONE contacted me, I had to reach to them to try to find out where the heck my stuff is. I will write a follow-up if and when my items arrive. One more point, no manager will return my call, the name I have is Erin. No one has offer any kind of credit for the incredible trouble this has cause me!

I was happy to deal with a responsible Chicago Movers like Best Price Moving and Storage. The last time I moved across the country the moving company broke the glass table top on an antique table and that cost me about $500 but they only offered $20 as compensation for the damages incurred. I was hopping mad to say the least. When your things are being transported across the country its normal to expect some damages and its acceptable as long as the company is willing to take responsibility for it. When I used the services of Best Price Moving and Storage a mirror came back cracked but they sent their inspectors over and took care of the compensation within a week. I will definitely do business with them in future.

Best price Moving and Storage are very good Chicago Movers to do business with. What I like about them is the fact that they dont outsource their work to other moving companies. So at the end of the day you always know where your stuff is and who has it. I used their service when I moved from Columbus to San Francisco. The sales staff was very friendly and helped me out with an estimate that was very close to how much I finally ended up paying. The driver got to my house in time with his crew, It didnt take them long to pick up the things because I had already done my packaging and the things were delivered in time but the only problem was that the sales team was not very helpful with the after sales service but then again that must be because they are not responsible for that part of the procedure. Anyway, I am happy wit their service and would definitely recommend them to others.

This was a heatbreaking move because of the sloppy way many, many of our items were packed and subsequently damaged or ruined, i.e. an antique shelf unit packed with two kiyak paddles - no packing material to separate them! Another example, the casters on our piano were bent at right angles from being dropped somewhere between Chicago and Denver. There were many, many other examples of unprofessional and unsafe moving and packing, which is a breach of Best Price's promise and the way they identify themselves as "safe and professional" movers. The damage was not due to unexpected accidents, but rather to poor packing and sloppy handling of furniture. My phone calls were directed to voice mail and ultimately not returned.

I had heard a lot of my friends saying that if you are going to hire the services of a moving company you better have a guy around cause they tend to take you for a ride and charge you exorbitantly if you are a woman because they assume that you probably dont know too much about moving. So I was all ready when I hired the services of BP for this kind of behavior but nothing of the sort happened the guys who came over to my house to pick up my things were very nice and courteous they even packed some of the delicate stuff in extra bubble wrap because I told them that I was worried about them. I wasnt charged anything extra they picked my things up on time and delivered them as promised. A very reliable and honest organization and I will certainly think of them if I have to move again.

My wife and I were planning to move to a quieter place for some time. I was lucky that after I received some inheritance from my fathers side from the family i could afford to invest in a wonderful house and shop in Napa valley. We had been there on numerous occasions and my wife and I have forever been wine connoisseurs so we couldnt think of any other place. Now once everything was set up we had to plan our move, its certainly not easy to shift all your belongings from one state to another. But this company was very helpful. Their sales people and the other members of their team including the drivers, loaders everybody was very cooperative and they made sure that our stuff got to Napa in time and in a good condition. These guys helped to move my daughters things from Chicago to Denton last month. Moving with two young kids can be difficult so she just decided to hand all her things over to Best Price Moving and Storage and take a flight down to Dallas and so she only had some clothes and her jewelry along but everything else was being delivered by the company. When she got here she was really nervous about the delivery date because she had to start on her new job and the kids had to go to school so if the thing wouldnt get here on time that would be trouble. But they delivered everything on time and without any damage. Thanks Guys.

I am writing this review to thank the guys over at BP for the impeccable service that they gave me when I moved from IL to TN in December. Everything from booking the move to delivering the things was done very professionally. They called me and told me about the time when they would come over to pick my things. They did the packaging for me and took extra care to warp the delicate items in layers of bubble wrap. The movers and the driver were all very friendly and efficient. It took them about three hours to get all the things loaded into the truck which was very good considering the fact that we had everything from furniture to crockery. And the things were delivered in a timely fashion just like they were picked up. It is a good company that offers reliable service at reasonable rates.

I used this company when I moved from Chicago to Albuquerque and I was very happy with the experience. Their entire team; right from the sales person to the drivers were all very professional and courteous. They told me about the In-House Estimate service and the person who came over to my house to give me the estimate just took a look at all the stuff I wanted to move and it only took him a few minutes to hand over a print out of the estimate plus he also gave me some tips on how to save on packaging. The move went without any incidents and my things were delivered on time. I was very impressed with their service and will certainly use them in future.

I personally think that the most taxing part of moving is packaging the things and then unpacking them once they have been delivered that is if the moving company delivers them in one piece. I tend to move a lot because of my work and each time my tings are delivered I have to send hours rummaging through the boxes to find the smallest things. But when I hired BP Moving to handle my things on my last move they did things a little differently, they packed all the tings by room and all the boxes were labeled very properly. And of course the things were delivered without any damages; I am very impressed with their service and will hire them again in a heart beat.

When I moved from Dayton, Oh to Tucson, AZ a few weeks ago I didn't have a lot of time on my hands to plan the move because I got this great job offer but I had to join quickly that was the condition; with less than a week in my hand I needed a reliable company to handle the moving. So after prodding around the internet I finally found BP, they seemed reasonable in terms of their quote and their reputation. Every aspect of the move went very smoothly. We wanted to do our own packaging so the sales person told us about the places from where we could buy the packaging material and how we could save some money on it. I was impressed with their service and will certainly do business with them again.

Last spring I moved from Indianapolis to Oklahoma City and after sifting through scores of moving companies I finally chose this company. Now these guys had some good and bad reviews but the good ones outnumbered the bad ones while with some of the other companies the opposite was true. So I decided to go with them. I had already spoken to their sales team and had a quote from them. When the guys came over to do the packaging the pick my things up I was very skeptical about ending the more expensive and delicate items like an antique painting, my brand new LCD TV and stuff like that but I knew that I couldnt accommodate all of it in my Sedan. But these guys really put me at ease, they used extra bubble wrapping for all the things that i was concerned about they also made sure that these things were kept away from the other things in the truck. They charged me a nominal amount for the packaging but that was OK. My things got to me on time and without a scratch on them. The guys at this company are really wonderful to work with.

If you have ever tried renting a Uhaul trailer and just hitching it at the back of your truck to transport your things from one city to another you must know how arduous the whole process can be. I tried that and did more harm than good because by the time I reached my destination my things were in a bad condition. So when I had to move from Cleveland to Orange County I just had to ire the services of a professional moving company. I mean I simply did not want to go through the drill on my own again. Best price Moving and Storage responded to my online form and since I thought they looked like a reputable company I hired their services. I was very happy with their work because my things were picked up and delivered on time. A highly recommended company

Last year I moved from Aurora IL to Phoenix AZ . I had used their services before and was very happy with their service so this time when I needed to move again I couldnt think of another company to handle my things. As usual the sale team was very courteous just like I remembered. What I liked best about this company is that they dont make empty claims when they say they will take care of things for you they do and you can just sit back and concentrate on the other things. When I spoke to the sales team I told them about the things that I wanted to move and they gave me an estimate. I was expecting to be charged a little more because I dont think I was absolutely accurate about the weight of all the things. But they did give me a concession o the packaging. Good service and good people to work with.

With the amount of stuff that I had to move it couldnt have been an easy job but the guys at Best Price Moving and Storage made it easy. They contacted me after I filled out an online form. Their quote was reasonable so I decided to go with them instead of the other companies. My problem was that I had too much stuff from a hot tub to an antique four poster bed so I was worried about how they were going to manage to move all these bulky items from my second floor condo. To add to this they only sent 4 guys over for the loading and I thought they wouldnt be able to handle it without breaking a few things but to my sheer surprise they did everything got my house intact. These guys are good at what they do and I would certainly recommend them to everybody.

Good service, friendly people, punctuality and damage free delivery that is what I got with Best Price Moving and Storage. My first contact with them was when I called their sales rep to get a quote. He was very quick and after making an inventory of my things he had the quote ready for me in no time at all; he even told me about the packaging material that I would need and how I could save money on them. I booked the move and the crew was at my place on time. They picked up my things on time and they were very punctual with the delivery as well. Everything went just as planned. Last year my daughter used the services of Best Price Moving and Storage when she moved from IN to CA and we were very impressed with their work. To begin with they picked up they packed the things very carefully, since my daughter was newly married there was a lot of china, crockery and other things that were very delicate. Now they had to store the things for almost 2 months because my son in law and daughter would have to start by looking for a house in Los Angeles so by the time they found a house and the things were delivered to us we were expecting some damages but we were pleasantly amazed when the only damage was a crack to the table top glass. So my review about this company is good people, good service and value for money.

When we moved from Columbus to Dallas last year we had some very specific needs we needed a company that could handle all our moving requirements and do it on time. Now, our needs were very taxing in terms of the type of things that we wanted to move. I mean you name it and we had it from heavy furniture to antique china dolls we had them all and needless to say some of these items were very expensive so we certainly did not want any instances of broken or damaged things. So after asking around a bit and consulting with some of our friends we finally came to the conclusion that Best Price Moving and Storage would be an appropriate choice for us. And we are glad that we listened to our friends because our stuff was delivered on time and without any breakage that we were dreading. A very good company to do business with; keep it up guys!

Best Price Moving and Storage was truly professional and courteous. We had a lot to move over a long distance. We moved from Illinois to Ohio and needed a long distance moving company who could handle the load for a family of 6. The moving foreman came in, evaluated the situation, created a plan, began disassembling furniture that needed taken apart, placed tags on every item leaving the house, and made sure all of my familys belongings were protected properly.
Once we finally arrived at our new home, the guys evaluated our new home and noted where we wanted everything to go. While unpacking we didnt encounter boxes or household items placed in the wrong rooms. This made the unpacking process much easier for us. As I was unpacking, I noticed that nothing was broken. Everything was in perfect condition.
I have moved before, but I must say that this is the least stressful move I have ever experienced. I recommend Best Price Moving for anyone looking for a more pleasurable and stress-free move. Because they are not afraid to ask questions and they make sure that no stone is left unturned. There were no moments of panic at all because of something that was not done. How this company got five stars is beyond me. This is a sleazy, untrustworthy company and I hope they get shut down.
The sales people are very good and very convincing but when things start going wrong its almost impossible to get a hold of anyone.
Brian Slater came to my apartment in Chicago and he was very nice, he gave me a great estimate so I decided to go with the company. Unfortunately I didn't take the time to read any reviews or else I would not have used Best Price.
I expected my things to arrive in my new home in Phoenix within a few days and when they didn't I got worried and tried to call but all I got was disconnected numbers, and an email address that is not in use.
When my things finally arrived they would not unload the truck until I paid them, they would not even let me look in the truck until I paid them.
I had only one small box full of personal, fragile items that are irreplaceable. I wrote BREAKABLE in great big letters so that they would know to take care of it and sure enough there is a big dent in the box where it had been dropped and the contents inside were shattered. I understand that accidents happen but I can't even get an apology out of these people.
Not only that but I didn't receive my microwave, my blender or a box of car parts from a 55 Chevy. I don't know if these things were lost or stolen but 55 year old car parts are not easy to find and I want them back.
I filed a claim but the claim company is no help. Do not use Best Price Moving & Storage. Rent a truck and do it yourself.

I lost my job four months ago and it simply made more sense to move in with my parents to make ends meet and it was very kind of them to accommodate me. Now even though I had sold off some of the furniture there were some things that I simply did not want to part with. Like a piano which was a gift from a very special person. I went with Best Price Moving and Storage because they were reasonably priced but when they came to pick my stuff I was really worried about the piano because I my apartment was on the third floor and I wasnt confident that three guys would be able to lift that heavy piano but they did and they loaded it into the truck with ease. But it almost felt like I was holding my breath to see my piano again fortunately when it was delivered to me it didnt have a scratch on it. I dont intend to stay with my parents forever and the next time I have to move I am only calling these guys.

The problem with most moving companies is that they dont do their work themselves. Most times when you pay a deposit you are actually paying a broker who n turn will outsource your work to a moving company . They dont have trucks or staff of their own and thats why the additional charges. So what you are doing is paying two companies for the same job the broker and the movers. Now I was well aware of this kind of activity so I was very careful when I had to choose a moving company. Best Price Moving and Storage was backed by a solid reputation and many good reviews. and they lived up to their reputation. No additional charges and the people who picked up my things were their employees and the trucks belonged to the company. I was very happy with the service and highly recommend it. I had to move from Rockford to Providence, RI so my first choice was to obviously look at the local moving companies but I found that most of them were quite expensive and the ones that were offering a cheaper deal did not have a very good reputation so the next choice was obviously to look online. So I filled out an online form and a couple of companies contacted me but out of them Best price Moving and Storage was not only offering a good price but they also had a number of good reviews so I decided to choose them. And I am happy to ay that i made the right decisions. My things were picked up and delivered on time and there were no extra charges.

When I told Nick in sales I was going to tell his manager what a great job he did for me, he suggested I just tell others about the service online. So in short, the pickup was on time, weight actually decreased and I was credited, and was delivered on time. Thanks to everyone involved in my move.

When I had to move from Lafayette IN to Little Rock I put in a fair amount of research into getting a good moving company after all I had heard numerous horror stories from my friends who had a lot of their stuff damaged in the process of moving. So I filled out an online request and researched the three companies that contacted me first. Of the three I found Best Price Moving and Storage to be the most reliable and with a solid reputation also they gave me a better price than the others. They came to pick up my stuff on time, did the packaging for us and did not change the quote after all the things were packed. Also they delivered my things on time and safely. Best Price Moving and Storage provides wonderful service.

I am no stranger to moving around so I have seen the best and the worst movers and packers so when I called Best Price Moving and storage I did not exactly have very high expectations. Lets just put it this way after all the problems that I have had with some of the companies I see movers and packers as a necessary evil. I do my own packaging because that way at least I can be sure that I have done my best to protect my things. I was expecting some damage when my things were delivered to Baton Rouge but to my utter surprise nothing was broken and this is the first time that my stuff was actually delivered on time. So I am certainly very impressed with this company. If you want your things to get to your destination in time and safe you should definitely consider them

It is with great pleasure that to write this review regarding Best Price Moving and Storages assistance on our recent move. Although long in distance, our moving requirements were, I am sure, as demanding as they get. Heavy furniture, challenging portals, hoisting, boosting, passing, and packaging: The BP crew did it all. Our belongings were delivered, as promised, in the condition they left. And, to top it off, They accomplished this feat with minimal direction, on time and on budge, while I was stuck at work all day and my wife juggled our young daughter's schedule as well as all of the last minute packing. I want to thank the Best Price crew for all of their help. I would also like to mention that Brian, our estimator was meticulous and accurate. Accuracy can only be measured with comparable estimates, which we obtained, and we felt confident the quoted price was fair. I moved from Indianapolis to San Francisco recently. Moving with two toddlers another kid on the way and a pet can be a very daunting experience so I wanted to make sure that at least I wouldnt have to worry about my things so I called Best Price Moving and Storage. Not only did these guys give me a fairly accurate estimate of what I would be charged but they also told me about how I could save a few hundred on packaging. They were very courteous and professional when they came to pick our stuff . But above all we got all our stuff in San Francisco on time and without any damage well we did have a few broken glasses but then I think I should have let them do the packaging instead of my wife. All in all a very good service.

My family and I moved from Chicago to Dallas recently. Now anybody who has moved even from one house to another knows how difficult it is to pack all your belongings and shift them to a new place. Till the things reach their destination you never know how much damage you may have to incur. I had used the services of another moving and storage company (Moishes Moving) when we moved from NY to Chicago and we had a very bad experience with them, I mean half the things were in such a bad condition that there was no way to salvage them and the miniscule few cents per pound compensation that they were offering was simply not enough to make up for the damages. So when I had to move this time, I asked around and many people I knew recommended Best Price Moving and Storage. Not only did the company pick up and deliver my things on time they were all in one piece. Two thumbs up for the guys (Mario, Javier) at Best Price Moving and Storage; these guys really know how to do business.

Every second year I am in a new city now because I move so often I need the services of reliable company, I simply dont have the time to go looking for a new company each time I have to move. I do my own packaging but there is never a delay in picking up my things or in delivering them. I didnt have a lot of experience with movers and packers because I moved into my first furnished apartment right out of my dorm room so I didnt really have a lot of stuff that I had shift and since a friend of mine had a pickup things were taken care of. So when I had to move from Chicago to DC I was frantic because I had never hired the services of movers. So even though Best Price Moving and Storage was highly recommended by my friends I was very skeptical. I didnt know if they would handle my things carefully and if they would manage to deliver my things on time. But they made life very simple for me; they did the packing, picked up my things on the designated day and delivered them on time. I dont know if I will be moving again but if I do it will only be Best Price Moving and Storage for me.
