I had a patio vinyl sliding door installed. During install workers identified rot underneath the original door, after they made quick trip to the near by lumber yard, they replaced the wood & only charged for actually price of lumber per receipt.
After the workers completed the install and cleaned up the work area they asked me to inspect their work and if I had any questions.

I am now considering window replacement and after some research I find them competitive on price, so I am going to use them again.
