Worst customer service. Owner (CASHIER) does not have time to answer ??? and talks and treats you like you are dumb but he does have a good slection and i will go back. I just will never talk to him

This is the worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I went to the store, found what I wanted, and went up front to pay. The cashier was talking with a friend and ignored me. I took another turn through the store, went back to the cashier, and was ignored again. I walked around again figuring that sooner or later they would have to stop talking. I went back up front a third time and was again ignored. This time I put the merchandise back up on the shelves and left. They lost over $200.00 in sales, and me as a customer, I will never go back again.

They have a good selection for start up hobby enthusiest. They have a good display for model trains, cars and airplanes. They also have a variety of model paint if you want to paint your cars. Parking is not a problem and pricing is good. Lombard hobbies don't have a great selection of remote control vehicles but if you are looking for a gift of put it together models, check out this store.
