I have also felt they go a little overboard. I .was surprised when I went in over the weekend and the staff was cut way back and I couldn't find anyone but the cashier in the store. This time I had question. Balance Office Max Balance.

Sometimes the Office Max staff can be a little too zealous in their aim to provide customer service (do they get commission?). The employees of this store seem to know that there's a balance between breathing room and assistance, and they are very good at allowing you to simply shop - but their always near if you have a question.
