bought a 2012 fusion, built the car my wife wanted on the ford web site ,sent it to todd who was very helpful, i explained this was the car my wife wanted and see if they could find this car, todd found it very quickly so we went for a test drive in a another fusion. the car was very nice the staff and managers were great, very accomadating. we bought the car and my wife is very happy. i would do business with them again. thanks to todd and all the manley staff. jerry and brenda

Horrible!

The salesman, Paul, was very pushy. We test drove a vehicle we liked and smelled anti-freeze. He assured us that it wasn't a problem and would have it checked when we on the day we planned to close the deal. We then found problems with the gas guage, again he said that they would check it and fix what ever was wrong. To double-check, we took it to our mechinic, he confirmed that there was something wrong with the water pump. When they finally looked at it, they told us nothing was wrong with it. I told our mechanic and he made them replace it (he does a lot of business with them). They finally agreed and I asked them to also double-check the gas gauge. We took it in and they told us that they didn't have the equipment to fix the gas guage and were very rude. Once we got it home, we found that the rear window wiper were no longer working. We now have to get the $500 gas guage and rear window wiper fixed on our own immediately after purchasing the vehicle. They were rude, unprofessional and could care less about fixing the lemon they bought us. Buyer beware!

We got a car from here at a good price and they have been very good at working with us when we need to bring the car in to be fixed for something. The only complaint i have is the car dealer we talked to was a little pushy...but then again it is hard to go to a place where they arent.

The service people were friendly and my appointment was scheduled for the very next day. The work was done in a timely manner and I was called when the vehicle was finished. Staff was very knowledgable. Good price. Fast service. The only negative was the lack of parking.
