Very bad customer service. Arrived at my appointment to find out that the facialist was out sick, however no one had called to let me know. Will not be returning and would not recommend!

Salon Duo is amazing. It is small with four star services without the snobby attitude. I feel comfortable there in my workout clothes and no make-up. If you are looking for color, Shane Talbott is the best I've ever been to. And I've had my hair colored from the best professionals in both NYC and LA. Trust me, you will love it and never go anywhere else.
Pros: Amazing customer service, friendly laidback atmosphere, four star results.
Cons: Pedicure stations need updating.
