They fire all their good dentists and hire new graduates who do not know what they are doing. Very expensive eventhough they take dental insurance they are about 50% more than other offices that take your same insurance.

I have brought my children to the Pediatric Dentist at Webster Dental for several years but I finally had to change practices this month because I'm not comfortable w/ how they run things. It took me a while to realize that they were having me pay my portion on the dental work (fillings) before they adjusted their rates for our insurance company's contract. That means I was consistently overpaying. When I called to clear it up w/ Webster Dental, they issued me a refund for past payments but they would not change their practice of billing me based on (over)esimates. That said, my kids loved going there and even argued about who would go in to their appointment first. I was sad to have to leave because of what I perceive as unsound business practices.

Another note ... Just before I changed practices, I was told my 4-yr old had her first cavity -- actually one cavity that had spread to a neighboring tooth and now required two fillings. Then I took her to my dentist of 8 yrs (Dr. Chipp from Ridge Dental Center) and he could only find one small cavity. It was so small he could fill it w/ out novacaine. It was a relief to see her receive one filling instead of two, and no shots, but it's also disturbing to think what would have happened if we hadn't changed practices when we did. I wish I could say something more positive about Webster. Aside from their cheery bed-side manner, they leave much to be desired.

My visit and work done by Webster Dental care was unacceptable. First of all the hygienist was terrible by using the wrong tools to clean my teeth leaving groves in my front teeth. When the dentist came in he tried to sell me on on this work that needed to be done to my teeth. I understood my teeth needed work done but I couldn't tell what really needed to be done or he was trying to sell me extra work that didn't need to be done. I agreed to one of the procedures and scheduled another time to get the work done. Figured give them a second chance. So got the extra worked done and I asked about the hygienist that cleaned my teeth the first time around and they let me know she was fired. I was like great. How does someone go through the hiring process without not knowing what they are doing? I think its a good indicator of what there practice allows and that is sub standard work. If you value your teeth, I would go somewhere else. There where other problems but I don't want to continue on writing, I have better things to be doing right now.

People always talk how bad root canals are and i gotta tell ya with this doctor it was!! Dr. Walchirk was so incredibly rude and rushed, he did not even wait for the anesthetic to begin working!! I was in pain for weeks after and he would do nothing for me. People always say if you need a root canal go to a specialist well this guy doesn't know a thing! It has been two months since my root canal and i was still having pain he told me to pull the tooth and did not even offer to return my money! I decided to get a second opinion and i am glad i did. I went to this new endodontist who was really nice and low and behold he finds another canal. One week since his treatment and everything has subsided. I therefore advise AVOIDING THIS ENDODONTIST!!

Cons: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

In 2002, I suffered an accident that required a massive reconstruction of my teeth at the Lincoln Ave office of Steven Rempas DDS. It was a huge undertaking-root canals, crowns, bridges.\tNever was I told there are specialists in reconstruction. 6 years later, I am now having to endure a second reconstruction to repair the shoddy work at 2x the cost of the first, $50k. His endo, Walchirk, not much better-3 of the 7 root canals had to be re-done. And many of the friends I referred to them ALSO had to redo their work. I would look elsewhere than any dental office owned by Rempas.\nCathy Dave in the Lincoln office is terrific hygenist.\tOtherwise-no

I was so scared to go to the dentist and this place put me at serious ease. Very nice staff and Dr. Zieba was awesome. I've already sent about 10 of my friends here. He's really nice and so is the hygenist. They don't make you feel like you're stupid when you ask questions. I'm moving out to the burbs soon and I'm going to keep going here because it's worth the drive. Thanks again Webster Dental.

I couldn't have been happier w/ my visit to Webster Dental. The staff was so kind and the office is so up to date. I loved everything about it and the Dr. Zieba made my experience actually enjoyable. He was great w/ explaining everything and made me feel at home. I highly recommend the office.

My experience with Webster has been pretty positive. I went there after 10 years of no dental visits, and they try to scare me with how bad I'd been. Instead, they were quite understanding, working with me to finance my extensive dental work. They only use tooth-colored fillings, which can be a little expensive, but generally look better. Although they do advertise invisalign and tooth whitening system extensively, they don't try to sell you while you're in the chair.

I stopped going here after it took THREE tries for them to get my crown right. I was in awful pain after the first try, then they ground it down some and it still wasn't right. Finally they figured out they hadn't done the mold right, so I had a temporary (which fell out!) while they had it remade. That experience, coupled with the less than warm and cozy feeling during a simple cleaning means I'm not going back!

Just got back from my 6-month check-up and have nothing but good to report on the whole gang at Webster Dental. From the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists, they all rock. The music doesn't though -- it's James Taylor, Tony Orlando, etc. All questions are answered in a way that makes sense. And they have all the modern technology. Way cool.
