I have been with Carrollton Bank for many years and can't say enough about them! All their employees are very friendly and always go out of their way to make you smile. At times I have experienced their atm being down, but after going to an alternate bank atm(& being charged) Carrollton refunded all my fees....now that is service! If you want a small town feel....Carrollton is the bank to have!!!

I have banked with Carrollton Bank since before they were even at there current Wabash location. I started my first savings account with Carrollton Bank when I was 14 with the money that I had made from my paper route. The same ladies who opened my account then still work there now. The same people who ensured that I had the best possible rates and services to suit me as an individual are still working at the larger branch farther West on Wabash. Granted the staff has expanded to fulfill the needs of a growing business, however, the fact that out of the past ten years I have never had a problem and was always more than satisfied with Carrollton's service speaks for itself.

If you want a reliable ATM, don't choose Carrollton! They have only one free ATM and an orange cone has been permanently place beside it. That cone blocks off an inoperable machine half the time!!

I have been a customer at Carrollton bank for the past 8 years. Their website could use updating but the outstanding customer service at the bank definitely makes up for what the website lacks. You can always get in and out of their drive-through very quickly. I have never had to wait for more than one car in front of me. They are very friendly and make banking a pleasure!

CONS: Outdated Website
