Sunset Travel & Cruise

We worked with Jay at Sunset Travel to help us plan our wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We can't begin to say enough wonderful things about Jay and his team. They took the very best care of us and our group and always had our best interest in mind. They did a great job of explaining all of our options for our group and were always extremely organized with our large group. we would absolutely recommend them and intend to use them again for any travel plans that we make.

I started working with an Angela at Sunset Travel about having a destination wedding in Mexico. Angela ended up leaving the company which made me feel nervous, but I got transferred to a guy Jay who was awesome! I had over 50 guests end up traveling down for my wedding and he handled the travel arrangements for all of them. He gave us a discount for being the bride and groom, helped me contact the wedding co-ordinator when she wasn't responding to me, and even called my guests back and gave them a refund because the package went on sale after they paid in full. Everything about my wedding went perfectly. It was at the Iberostar property which I never heard of, but Angela recommended, and it was amazing too. I reccomend Sunset Travel and Iberostar to anyone. They were awesome!

Pros: Pleasant, accessible, and knowledgeable.

I called three travel agents to book a vacation for myself. One didn't have time and was busy booking honeymoons and the other two didn't even bother looking for me and couldn't be bothered. When I called Sunset, Betty was wonderful and nice when the others made me feel worthless because I was traveling alone. Not only did she help me find a vacation, but I ended up having the best trip ever in Puerto Vallarta. If you are single and want to travel, call and they will help you find something in your price range and not make you feel bad!
