Very disappointing experience. Much of the information initially given online was later misrepresented. You need to check them on every step as they put extras anywhere they can. The whole process felt like in old time movies about slimy car dealers.

I would give minus star if possible. They advertise 2012 toyota camry for $16,702 on black friday 2011. I was there first in line standing there since 11 PM night before. When they let people in they did not give ticket to anyone and after 10 minutes of computer work sales person said they sold that car and that was the only one on sale for that price. Other people acknowledge that I was first person in line. According to advertisement it says "First Come Basis" and the manager Mark told me I was sixth i.e. 5 sales person brought deal before. Does this mean "First Cone Basis"? This means my faith is on sales person's hand not me. I have even offered CC buy and done the deal with.
Other people waiting in the line with me I talked to are of the opinion they did not fair good deal for this and it was not transparent. This is ridiculous and pathetic professionalism. Even after explaining that I was there since 11 PM night before, the response was just pathetic and they tell you "happy thanksgiving". People work here dont even know the meaning of it I guess.
I would not deal with any of GROSSINGER dealer or would do everything in my power to stop my friend/relative/someone close to not do business with them.

The worst Place ever to take your car or buy your car from. Given that Toyota is making crappy cars now, they really need to make sure there service department is better. The nice people at Grossinger made me wait two hours and told me at the end for the knocking sound in my sunroof they need me to bring the car early in the day so they can diagnose it(not fix it, diagnose it) and for my car cutting to the right, that's just in head. Nice next time when I hit someone because I hit the breaks, I can sue Toyota now. They do take worst service to a whole new level. What a disappointment Toyota has been.. Thank you Grossinger for making sure I never buy a Toyota again. Honda here a I come...

I bought my car few months back from this place. Worst every experience in my life I had! zahir abouribieh was salesman,worst person I ever met!! I mean, just too much! He will try to take every penny that you have in your pocket. I am sure the owners know about it and everything must be going per their advice, but hey, it wont work long term!! Long term success of a business completely depends on how you treating the customers well and not by cheating them. I understand, in auto business, there is extreme competition, but this is surely not the way! My advice- dont do any business with them! stay away!! once you buy anything from them, once the papers are signed, thats it!! you are gone!!

I brought my 2007 Toyota Camry to this dealership and specifically instructed them not to change my oil as I only use Mobile One, told them specifically not to wash my car because the soft cloth they use still puts spider web scratches on your paint. After I recieved service, I was dismayed to not only discover they washed my car, but also changed my oil and to put conventional motor oil is a huge no no once you use synthetic. I was also dismayed that my front bumper was scratched from a portor hitting it with another car. After voicing my complaint to the service director, he became very aggressive and instead of being apologetic, he was suggesting I go get service someplace else. Since this horrible experience I have never returned or will ever go back to a store that is callous and cannot follow the simplist of instruction.

I found a vehicle that I liked (Range Rover) and called and spoke to their "internet manager" Michael Gargano. We had worked out a deal for the vehicle and he assured me it would be ready for next day delivery. I advised him that I was coming via train Buffalo NY and would need to pickup the vehicle the day I arrived. He assured me again that the vehcile was on the lot and ready to go.

Well, 9:30AM the next day as I am on the train, I get a voicemail from Mike Gargano that the vehicle was in service at Howard Orloff Land Rover because of a heater sensor. I called him back and he would not answer my call. I spoke to a manager there and I was told that the vehicle has been at Howard Orloff for the past few days and they were waiting for a part. I asked if it should be ready today, I was told 'maybe'.

Well, after an hour of waiting I asked a salesperson how much longer intil I can speak to Mike Gregano. I am told he has 6 people ahead of me! I came here from Buffalo and this guy is blowing me off. When I saw Mike Gargano, he picked up his cell phone and pretended he was talking on it as he walked by me without even acknowledging me.

After three hours of being there I decided to go and see this car and decide whether I was going to fork over $800 and three days for an extended stay in Chicago. Well, after another cab ride (I was told by Gregano that Grossinger doesn't do courtesy transport) I was shocked to see that Howard Orloff Land Rover's Service Department was still open at 4:30pm! I was told by their service writer that they're always open til 6:30. He then tried to find this vehicle for me and told me after alot of searching that Grossinger Toyota had the vehicle picked up the prior Thursday. I called Grossinger immediately and was hung up on several times before speaking to a manager at Grossinger's Autoplex. I was told that he would "speak" to these guys and give me a call back Monday morning. Never heard a thing.

I REALLY hope management is reading this or readers out there pass this on. I'm SICK and TIRED of how they keep constantly trying to rip me and other drivers with LIES and FALSE CLAIMS saying your car needs "this and that". I'd expect that run around from other repair garages, but NOT from a reputible car dealer. This past Winter 07, my car was acting sluggish and engine light kept coming on. So their suggestion (after 3 FAILED ATTEMPTS to fix the problem) was to keep the car over a week. So I did and when I got it back, things were "missing" (i.e. iPod, coins). I confronted the person in charge of my car and he "claimed" he didn't find anything. He also claimed that the problem was the same reason as all those other times, "spark plug misfire". What the F#$% does that mean? If you replaced the spark plug the 1st time, then it shouldn't "misfire" the 2nd or 3rd. I spent clost to $1000 to get it "fixed". This past weekend (9/8) I took it back for 75K. I SPECIFICALLY told them, please have it ready by 11:30 AM. They assured me the procedure would only take 2-2 1/2 hrs. I get a call at 11 and the guy gives me BS on how I needed this and that. I said no and I was picking up the car. He says it won't be ready by 1PM. I aruged that I TOLD him 1130 and I quickly rushed over. When I got there, he says they're just finishing up and it would be ready. 15 minutes past (11:45) and it's STILL not ready. 12PM passes and it's STILL not ready and I'm POed. 12:15 it's FINALLY ready, only now with the taillight bulb needing replacement. Being out of time, I snatched the papers, paid, and left FED UP!!! They didn't even fix the taillight, just handed me the bulb and said "fix it yourself". You call that customer service? It was the LAST STRAW making me wait and miss my appointment and trying to sell me more than what was needed. Heck, I don't even know if they even did ANY work on my car. There's NO WAY I'm coming back and YOU SHOULDN'T COME HERE EITHER!!!
