DONATOS HAS GREAT PIZZA! THE BREADSTICKS ARE ALSO AMAZING! THEY HAVE ONE OF THE BEST SALADS I HAVE HAD, EVER! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! IT IS GREAT!
Several co-workers and I ordered from this Donato's at least four times last year. Each time, either the delivery was so late that I didn't get to eat lunch (past my lunch hour!), they forgot at least one person's food, or the order was not correct. Although they offer to fix it, once it is past my lunch time, it's a moot point. When we call back about a problem, the staff acts like it is a pain to deal with their errors. We no longer order from this Donato's, which is unfortunate because they could get a lot of business from our school and offices.
