I like to take the kids here. They have a train museum with a loco and cars that we can walk through as well as some nice displays. They have tv's set up playing videos about train history. It's really interesting to see the exhibits and tell the kids about my grandfather working on a train. They miniature train set up with landmarks around town is really nice.

I really enjoyed my visit here. There were many nice art and sculpture exhibits, as well as some historical exhibits from the area. They have a new kids area that is interactive and we spent hours in there learning how things work and playing. They have many different exhibits and change them often. I go several times a year. During the summer they have many special events for kids and families. Another favorite is their planetarium.

This museum is a nice way to spend a rainy day. They have a lot of displays and areas where the kids can have a "hands on" learning experience. It is ran by donations so it can be fairly cheap. They also have a transportation museum right next to it that is worth a stop. I think that one is $2/person but it is worth it because you can take the kids on a tour of an old train!
