Roberts Salon & Day Spa

I went to Robert's to get my hair, my make up, and my nails done for my wedding. My bridal party, my mom, and my aunt also got their hair done. It was such a fun experience. The staff was very helpful and polite. They helped make my wedding day a lot less stressful. Everyone looked so beautiful and my make up stayed on all day. Thank you so very much for the excellent service I received!

My daughter went in to get her hair done for her sisters wedding and the last two times they have messed up, last time I brought it to their attention and this time I raised a stink.. I was told they could not refund any money for 6 years of 4 daughters and myself going there and paying their prices and cutting two of daughters hair off above their shoulders is wrong... I would like to get a pair of scissors and go in there and cut that persons hair that did this to my daughters and their rude management team.'From products to hair straighteners to hair cuts, color, and high lites and then to take off something that can not be put back on is some bull. But they think that they are above all of us and yeah we pay for their damn business so they need to think twice.

have been told of some of the employees who like to steal the tips from others. My friend used to work there and they told me that they treat their employees like slaves and don't do anything for them but make them miserable. That's why she's no longer there. I have been there myself 3 times in a row and the person who is doing my hair, massage, nails, or facial is no longer there. What's going on that they can't keep people for more than 3 months at a time. besides they are too expensive for me. I have seen with my own eyes that the supervisors are rude to some of the employees. Oh and one time I called and requested someone to give me a massage, they told me she wasn't there that night. I knew she was because I had talked to her to get her schedule so I would get her. They flat out LIED to me.
What kind of place does that to the public and to someone who pays their salaries??

Staff is courteous and friendly. Massages are to die for! You get the feeling they are there to please, rather than just to make money. Make-up consultants are first rate and non-pushy. How you feel and look makes the price worth it.

PROS: Always a great experience
CONS: A little pricey - but worth it!
