Loud, noisy construction everywhere. Extremely over-priced for what you get. Bathrooms and kitchens needed updated years ago.

I lived on the 13th floor in tower 2, which was, the best view ever. However, $1,000 a month for the 1 bedroom was way overpriced. All the staff was great, especially Craig, except for Candy, who has no sympathy or compassion for any of her customers. When problems occur she could care less. I KNOW i'm not the only one. Just moved out, and cleaned up well, so if I get any absurd charges for carpet or anything, I will be upset. The bathrooms need to be updated really badly. Bathtub got really gross easily and needed daily cleaning. Dishwasher was too old it would leave white marks all over my dishes. They just need to update everything. Also, was very upset that maintainence came into my apartment while I wasn't home to REMOVE my washer/dryer unit because they realized they made an error and hadn't charged me the $40 each month. I was going to pay, but instead, they came into my home while I was away, TOOK my clothes out of the washer/dryer and put them on the ground. I have a friend in tower 3 who said that maintainence came into her apartment as well while she was in the shower and when she came out she was upset and asked them to leave. They should NEVER come in unless you answer the door or gave them permission. I also had a parallel parking space that I paid $50 for while the parking garage was under construction and someone hit my car while it was parked and left no note. All Candy gave us was a free parking spot in a lot down the street, which was used for events for the murat theatre, which there were events ALL the time and the lot would fill up completely. Other then that, I liked Riley Towers. The view, the cleanliness of the hallways, lobbies, gym, leasing office, the ammenities, no bugs, sometimes free parking on street, elevators were fast. Good experience, but stay away from Candy, if possible. And only sign a lease if you're getting a good deal. Sometimes they really rip people off.

Candy the Property Manager is hostile, rude and
just a nasty offensive person. We live here and to be treated like that by you is wrong. I am sorry you are such an unhappy B i t c h. Maybe you should find a job that suits you better.

we had an exchange with Candy the manager that became heated. it was over our pets. after we resolved the problem, we felt that we should mend fences with candy and sent her a fruit basket as a peace offering. she refused delivery from the supplier and had the basket delivered to our apartment instead. no note, no reason, just refused to accept our apology.

While the view is great, as is the location.. beware. I am a former tenant who moved out recently. I asked for a walk thorugh upon my lease expiration and was denied such. I was told "it's fine if you cleaned well" by a leasing agent. I then reeived a $1000 bill for carpet replacement. The bill stated the carpet had to be replaced because of pet odor.

I do not have a pet.

They claim they have photos and so forth.

This is completely false and we are now going to court b/c of the bogus charges.

Just beware upon moving out!

I have lived at Riley for almost a year now and have enjoyed it. The staff is great and always call when I have a package or flowers. I enjoy my small, yet adequate studio in Tower 3. Parking is always available and it is safe, rarely problems with the gate. They just put in all new washers and dryers, as well as re-surfaced the upper parking deck and replaced the air conditioners. Pest controls comes in every 3 months. I have lived in the Chatham Arch/Lockerbie area for the past 4 years and Riley is by far my favorite residence so far. You can't find anywhere else downtown with a pool and tennis court.

Riley is a great place to live. Downtown has great access to everywhere, including major freeway access, ample bus service, Circle Centre Mall by foot, and the RCA DOME to watch Colts games!

The apartments (Circa 1962) are a little nicer than typical for the area, and include a washer, dryer, and reserved parking in the garage. Rent is a bit higher then competing buildings in the area, but worth the premium.

The building is very quiet and the neighbors are great, however the surrounding neighborhood can be a bit noisy at times including traffic and bus noise, ambulance sirens, and an occasional concert at the Murat Additionally, there are a number of historic churches in the area which ring their bells starting as early as 8:30.

The staff is fantastic and maintenance is lightning fast.

It's a great place to live for childless urban professionals.

my apartment has the best view. i am on the 26th floor and it is so amazing at night! I can see the entire city to the north side! The place feels super safe and everyone seems pretty nice, some people are a little nosey on the elevators.

I highly recommend this complex. I plan on renewing my lease this summer. I live in a 2 bed with 1 bath. It is very spacious and has a lot of closet space. I didn't get the unit with washer/dryer hookups, but there is a laundry room within walking distance and is reasonable. I am impressed by the constant improvement of the grounds and the diligence with which the management keeps the grounds spotless. The locations of these apartments are great, close to everything
