This place is disgusting! When I go in there it's like they don't know how to clean... selection on gaming is minimal as well... Went to the tourney room and didn't know if it was a storage room or what was going on... won't go back again!

I have been a customer of Hockeyman's (formerly known as Sports Page) for about 20 yrs. I have bought from every shop in this area at one time or another. Hockeyman's has always had the lowest prices on boxes and packs anywhere in this area. He also has a large selection of vintage cards. His boxes are usually $20.00 to $30.00 less than East End and his selection is better than any other shop. The store is small but has a hint of the nostalgic five and dime stores from the past. If your looking for new cards, vintage cards or just some cards to complete your set, give Hockeyman's a shot. You'll love it!!

I travel through the Louisville, KY area about once per month on business. Whenever possible, I stop at Hockeyman's sports cards shop across the river in Jeffersonville. Yes, it's in a rundown building, but once you're inside you'd never know. Very family-oriented, lots for the kids in the way of sports and non-sport merchandise. I have seen the owner give away cards to kids who are polite while there. Shop has plenty to choose from and if he doesn't have it he will get it for you--and doesn't charge an arm and a leg. Cards are well price, almost everything sold at 50% off book value. Most of the people that work there are very nice and helpful. Two fo the guys that have been there for a while know a lot about the hobby and can answer your questions. Always an enjoyable experience.

Not known for bells and whistles, just excellent, personable service and fair treatment that you can count on. Good, down-to-earth, honest dealer. Provides a safe place for kids in the community to play Yu-gi-oh and Pokemon games. Can find/get you nearly anything collectible you are looking for at a fair price. Has supplies, customized and McFarlance figures, cards, etc... Wrestling, Sports, Racing, etc... He loves his business and how happy it makes his customers.

Pros: Dependable, nice selection, very personable

Cons: Not your strip mall store - slightly aged

Hockeyman's is highly expensive. He sells nickle and dime cards (book value) for anywhere from .50-1.00. He is not consistent with his pricing. Very small, very crowded shop and his shop has no organization at all. Although expensive on cards he is generall very reasonable on supplies (card boxes, etc)
