I purchased a Front Load Whirlpool Washer. I was impressed with the friendly and courteous sales staff at Best Buys. After being sold the absolutely WRONG vaccum cleaner at another location, this store's customer service desk went out of their way to be sure I could replace it. Including calling Castleton for the original receipt, helping me select the replacement honestly and realisitically, even allowing me to borrow their phone to call my husband when it looked like I'd be spending more than we'd originally talked about.
The salesman was knowledgeable, and understanding my anger at being sold something different than what we needed originally, was great at recommending a replacement. He didn't even try to upsell me, which I know he could have done easily, to the models up to two hundred dollars more than the one I ended up getting.
You need a vaccum? Stay away from Castleton. Go here.
