Recently I've thought to move to the Hidden Valley area - I had lots of questions about privacy fences and the rules and regulations. I will say most H.O.A people are a pain but not here at Hidden Valley - I talked with a Gloria - she was so helpful- she looked up plot maps for me and read through all kinds of stipulations as far as fences near a road - near neighbors - near the golf course, ect. She always returned my call or answered my questions right away - I would give them an A+++
