Fazoli's

I have always loved the Lasagna here, it was made without meat, just the cheese filling, and then you could order the marinara sauce on it, add broccoli, anything you wanted!

A few weeks ago, I went in with my husband, and we ordered the Lasagna, the manager told me "you're not going to be able to get that anymore, they're taking it off the menu and replacing it with the stuffed lasagna with meat." I told her I thought that was pretty crappy, and she said she couldn't control it, and complaining to corporate wasn't going to do any good.

After we sat down, we began to eat. A woman had been standing near our booth for a few minutes. When my husband brought the tray to our table, she rushed over, grabbed our receipt off the table without asking for it, or explaining herself. She looked it over, and then looked at our food. She tossed the receipt back down on the table, and said "Sorry, looking for something." She was quite rude, and so I asked the manager about it before we left, she said she had no idea why the woman was doing that unless she was looking for a specific item. I sort of felt like the woman was double checking to make sure we weren't stealing anything. I felt she could have at least asked to see the receipt instead of being so rude.

I did complain to corporate, they didn't even respond to my e-mail. So now, I don't eat at their restaurants anymore.
