He talked with me regarding my condition and helped me figure out the best options regarding vision correction. Some of his staff have a cold sort of demeanor that I don't care for. When my wife had her exam and ordered contacts, they forgot to order them and then didn't even apologize when 2 weeks went by and she had to call them to get them ordered correctly and then wait another 2 weeks for them to come in. I had bad luck with other optometrists in Dayton and I decided to give Dr. Jerome a try. The office staff is very nice and will do there best to make an appointment that fits into your schedule. Dr.Jerome is great about listening and answering questions.
