I used to go there when I was a kid and I'm not sure, but I think my sister Amy owns it. I know she used to but I've lost track of her since our Mother died and I'm now living in South Carolina. Happy Valley IS the place to hang out in Whitley County. High schoolers and middle schoolers hang out at Happy Valley, skating and socializing with one another. The place may look runned down but it is a warm place for the family to enjoy time with together. They play current tracks as well as the classics, such as the Chicken Dance, With a small arcade and consession stand, skating is the best form of entertainment here. If expanded, Happy Valley would be the hottest spot in Whitley County.
