I have been very pleased with Dr. Krueger. His knowledge and sincerity are the first attributes I recognized. His detailed manner showed that I was not getting a temporary fix for a major problem. He's willing to do through & quality work. Note: Call ahead, very popular!

I had two uncomfortable experiences with LifeSmiles Dentistry at 928 Robinson West Lafayette, IN 47906. In both cases, I had to pay much more than what was estimated (100 dollars for the first time and 30 dollars for the second time).
In the first case, after we had agreed on the treatment procedure and the amount of money I need to pay, the doctor used a more expensive filling materials in my teeth, which they did not notify me beforehand, and I ended up paying 100 dollars extra for the new filling materials. In the second case, they assured me that the exam and cleaning are "free"... But it turned out that they are not free at all.

I have been using this dental clinic for a year now for myself and my children.
I think they need a better estimate system. I ended up paying $200 more than what they estimated twice in a row. I am using their service just because I work for Purdue and this clinic accepts Purdue's Dental Care.

I found Dr. Krueger and his wonderful staff to be professional, competent and caring. Dr. Krueger has performed a root canal and an apicoectomy on me and I have been very impressed with his abilities. His staff is also very friendly and reassuring. (I have a bit of dental phobia, this office is one of the few places that seem understanding to that.)
Becuase he is so good, he does have a large customer base and you do have to make an appointment well ahead of time. That said, I need to point out that they are very accomodating to emergencies so you will be taken care of if the need is dire.
PROS: Knowledgeable and competent
CONS: has lots of patients

This a delta network dentistry. A very nice place to have your teeth fixed! Nice dentist who wil always listen to your needs and want to satisfy your requirements. Really nice front desk staff. But you always need make appointment early, because they are too many people going there.
