I was very happy when I discovered AM stopped using high fructose corn syrup in their breads and buns.
I noticed someone else mentioned it in a review, but left off the corn syrup. For me there is a difference because I'm sensative to corn produces. And there's a difference between high fructose corn syrup and just fructose.

We purchased some Aunt Millies bread on Saturday, August 14th and by Tuesday ther was a terrible smell from the bread. We have to wonder what chamicals are added to the bread.

This bread which we have been buying for sometime is suddenly very 'sticky' and 'doughy'. We have tried some other brands which we have used in the past and have found that they are also the same! What is the 'baking' industry doing to the various 'whole wheat breads'? We have used 100% whole wheat breads for years! This is a recent quality change which I think you should rectify ASAP; otherwise you are going to lose business. I hate to think I have to go back to baking my own bread, but I will if the quality for the baking industry doesn't improve!

We have bought Aunt Millies bread for some time since my wife can no longer make bread. The last two loaves were very doughy and not baked enough, I assume. Does not even toast good. What happened??? May try one more loaf.

I own a vegetarian restaurant in Southern IN. I read labels carefully and never purchase anything with high fructose or hydrogenated oils. I would like to thank you for no longer using high fructose in your bread and buns. We now use only Aunt Millie's bread and buns in our cafe, :) !!
