At first I thought these guys were pretty good and honest but I don't know now.\r\n\r\nThe first visit was ok except that rude manager. He was just so cold and unfriendly when I went there. \r\n\r\nI was there a different time for an oil change because they are in a convenient location for me. The same man was there and I tried to work with him on a mistake they made and he insisted it wasn't their fault and I would have to pay for it. My nephew had already fixed it for me though because it was easy. \r\n\r\nThey also told me there was another problem. I forget what it was because I don't know much about cars. I told my nephew just recently and he says they shouldn't have done that to my car. I won't go there any more because I feel duped.

Been a long time customer with four vehicles. All tire purchases for all these auto's were here at Emerson Grove Tire & Service\r\nWhile for the most part we have been satisfied over the years with your store, there have been issues which I have caught on two occasions and others which would NOT have been caught by you or your staff which I let go. \r\n(we have noticed the changes at your store with the quality of staff workmanship & their attitudes towards working there) \r\n \r\nOne: oil dripping from the oil filter on our Honda Odyssey and the oil plug, which I had to tighten up at home (our daughter drives this vehicle) on the very last oil change for that vehicle. \r\n \r\nSecond: 2/11/11-the alignment for the Ford Freestyle was set for a Buick Rendezvous. This had to be corrected. If I had not been nosey and looked at the sheet when your employee brought it to you, the new tires would be ruined and you would have said it was due to something else!\r\n \r\nThird: 2/11/11 Scratches on the rims that were not there prior. \r\n \r\nForth: I have found that your tires are more than over $ 45.00 each for the same brand (Goodyear Assured Comfort Ride), make, size and installed. \r\nI can purchase the same exact Goodyear Tires from other locations:Tire Barn & Sears and one other, AND get a much better price for the same exact tires and services!\r\n \r\nYou made a point to me, that coming back after a purchase is not something you honor if I had found a discount coupon for your business. THAT was a point of interest for me, and I actually want to say ""Thank You"" for that attitude. \r\nThe Shame is on me: I had put my personal trust for years into one place of business and assumed that Gemini Goodyear or Tire Central Beech Grove, Inc. was more competitive while offering QUALITY services. The quality of service was in question prior to my last visit, and now being a little More Competitive is not a question any longer, as you are not. \r\n \r\nA review of our business history with your location, we have had four major tire purchases for four vehicles along with oil changes through the last ten years. \r\nWhile it is not a big loss of revenue for your overall bottom line, it appears that we will be forced to take our business to other businesses with the exception of the Road Hazard usage if ever needed. \r\n

Very friendly! Small business, with big services! My Impala had issues that came & went. Now, at first they couldnt duplicate the issues, but didnt charge me anything. They said if I had the patience, they would not give up either. Finally my problem became more obvious, & they were able to help me get it corrected!

Moral of the story, is they didnt make feel like an idiot, as if the prob didnt really exist. Other places wanted to charge me for nothing at all, and still made me feel foolish.

I will continue to take all my cars to Washinton Sqare tire, or otherwise know as Goodyear Gemini at Wasington Square Mall!
