I had a shampoo, cut and highlighting done by Lacey. I was very concerned about both the cut and the coloring, because many short hair cuts look to severe on me, and because I am transitioning to my natural gray, and wanted a very subtle blending of my auburn and the roots, to lessen the contrast. I was concerned that either it wouldn't do the job, or that I would just end up with another "line." I was very pleased with the way she listened carefully, and worked with me all through the process, to make sure I got the results I wanted. I loved both the haircut and the highlighting results!
