McGalliard Store - After having the most expensive wash available, I was very disappointed to get back into the car and see full ashtrays, no air freshener, and streaked windows. One side of the windows was great, the other side terrible. I had to get back to work, so I couldn't discuss it then. After work, I looked at the overall car, and the passenger side doors were still dirty! May be the equipment needs a tuneup or something. I called to talk with the manager, who told me his name was Bryce. He was very nice and told me they would rewash the car, just bring it in, and took my name. My father passed away out of state, so it was a couple weeks before I revisited Clancys. When I got there, this same man, Bryce, was very rude, and told me he could not honor his word because I had'nt came back within the time frame he thought I should have! No time-frame was mentioned when I spoke with him. He treated me like I was trying to steal a car wash! Very exceptionally rude young man! I no longer frequent Clancy's. I am also familiar with the yelling employees, who seem to think people are to be treated like cattle. I wonder if Don Gulliam knows how nasty Bryce is treating the customers??? I think not! He soon will!

Yeah, well Im 26 years old and just bought a brand new 2011 chevy mailbu lt. I used clancys car wash on mcgalliard at least twice a week. After the last wash, I noticed the left front and left rear badly scratched beyond repairable. I took it back in there to speak with Bryce, after numberous lies, he told me there was nothing he could do for me. I had an inside employee tell me weeks prior they had to shut down the whole car wash because 3 cars received a flat tire, which clancy's fixed. When asked about that, he lied and told me there was no such problem. Clancy's ruined my brand new car, and they dont stand behind their screw ups. American Chevrolet appraised the damage at $1039.

On Saturday, March 7th around 1:00 pm, I visited the Clancey's on McGalliard road. I realize it was busy as this is the first nice day we have had in a while. However, The employees were "shoving" the cars through pretty close so they could get them through as quickly as possible. I have had an experience before where the car in front of me stopped and the machine ran my truck into it. I don't want it to happen again so I held back a little to give the car in front of me and my truck some space. When I held back, the employees started yelling at me and motioning frantically with their hands to MOVE forward. I moved, but I felt as if I had reprimanded for doing something wrong. Might I add, that I was the last in line. After I was put into the track and the wash started, the employees had to stop the system twice just to let the cars in the finish area move out.
It seems to me that had they slowed down just a little, they would not only have had to interrupt the wash, but the cars would flow through smoothly and efficiently no matter how busy they were. I came out of the ordeal shaking and nervous. It will be a long time before I will be back and then it will be my husband that will be driving.

beside the car wash and have them get him a new one and he would pay for it. Now thats going out of your way to assure return customers. no questions!
