In 2003 my grandfather was purchasing a new home from this company and my husband and I were going to buy my grandfather's existing home directly from my grandfather. I went along with my grandfather to help him with paperwork and the appraisal and such. The agent offered to help do the paperwork for the house I was buying. At know point in time did my grandfather or I sign a contract on the house I was purchasing for this agent. However when we closed on the mortgages the agent charged us for both houses when he absolutely should not have. It all eventually got refunded after a long ordeal. But please beware do trust anyone at this office.
