Great, honest people. I brought my truck in because the brakes were making some strange noises. Rather than gouge me because I wouldn't have known any better, I got a call telling me the brake pads could wait another 9 months, the noise was just some rust build-up causing some friction, and a $20 rear adjustment was all I needed.
The turnaround time was a little slower than what I anticipated from reading other reviews, but I'll take that for the honesty.
I have had my car repaired a few times by Ralphs. they have been unrelated issues. But each time Ralphs quotes have been honest and straightforward. They have not tried to sell me more repairs or eluded to the car needing more items. I have asked questions, seen the parts they have removed and they have even taken me under neath my car to show me things without hesitation. I like that no b.s. attitude about them. It certainly isnt what I get at local dealerships. I would recommend them for repairs on your car.
Ralph's is a great place with great service. They are honest and they don't seek to mislead you in order to squeeze more money out of you. They will fix your car while you wait, no appointment, and will give you a quote right away.
I had my exhaust system replaced this afternoon. It was the best price of all the repair shops I called, and the guys were nice. I was only there about 30 minutes, and I wasn't bothered with anything besides what I asked for and was out of there in no time.
These days finding affordable, honest, and reliable service is hard to come by. This is where you want to go for car service.
Poor materials and workmanship. I paid $350 for new brakes and rotors that didn't last 6 months (5,000 miles).
Cons: numerous
