Prime Sports is horrible

i have had nothing but problems with this store, I have ordered three thing I was told it would take two weeks to get i go one 5 weeks later after throwing a fit never recieved the other two, Stan the owner, refused to give me my money back until I threatened to get the media involved, then I was told rudely "to come get my damn money back" so I go to get my money back and he ripped the reciept out of my hand started screaming at me, calling me names and threatening me. He is not a good business man i would never deal with this guy ever if i knew it would have been like this and I never got the same story twice from every employee, every story was different I advise no one to purchase from this store!!!

Still Waiting.

My husband ordered us license plate covers in mid june and we still do have them. We even paid in full.
He keeps checking with the company and they keep telling him they are not in yet. They won't even refund our money. I do not know how they are still in business. If you want to order anything to show your team spirit, I suggest doing it online. You will get it sooner and probably for less.

Bad Business, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had items on order from the Evansville Store sine June 06 2009, it is now mid Sept. 2009 and have yet to receive the items. Bad thing is, I trusted these jokers and prepaid. Now all I hear from the Manager is a different excuse as to why the aren't in yet. I am a local resident and like to do business with local retailers...Fact of the matter is, I could have ordered these items on-line for a lower price and would not be wondering if I will ever see them. Bad business practices and dishonest Mgmt. I will NEVER do business with this store and strongly encourage any prospective consumers to reconsider trusting anything they say.

Prime Sports Sucks

Prime Sports Sucks my son has had a jersey ordered there since April and here it is the end of June and we don't have it yet. I will never buy anything from this store again and encourage everyone to do the same. They never tell us the same story twice. Think before you have them order anything.

Love It..

My girlfriend and I shop at Prime Sports quite a bit and think it is awesome! Trey is a very friendly guy and is never rude to anyone! Since the first time we were in the store, we have always said hi to Trey, either in the store or on campus. And, it is policy, you break it your buy it... can't blame rules on the "evansville store" or the people who work there, there are rules... and they have to be followed. As far as the toy being on and annoying, maybe it was on for a reason and you shouldnt have touched it if "you werent planning on buying it anyways." Shop somewhere else, they get enough business from us two that we can cover your loss as a customer!

DISHONEST, FRAUDULANT, AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH PRIME SPORTS

I was contacted by a representative of this company,Trey, to purchase my product. After initially being asked if they could use a credit card to pay, he asked if I could send an invoice. Foolishly, I agreed to do so and stated clearly the payment was due upon receipt. After weeks passed without being paid, countless phone calls were answered but I could never speak to the owner. I was told multiple times he was away and would be back soon and he would return my call. He never did. I called the police and they were of little help, because I trusted these guys and sent the merchandise,without being paid first. I also contacted the county clerks office to pursue legal actions in a civil court. After contacting the corporate office and letting them know what one of their franchisees was doing, my phone started ringing. It was the manager Trey, whom I originally received the order from, apologizing and claiming he thought it was on 30 day payment, that he was out of town for the last two weeks on vacation, and other excuses. He said if I sent an invoice it would be paid immediately. I did , and it was paid within an hour, with a email note apologizing for the misunderstanding ,signed by the owner of the store,Stan. 3 weeks passed when I receive notice from my credit card processing company that the charge was fraudulent and they returned the money to Stan's account. When I inquired they said the transaction was reported as fraudulent. When I called back Prime Sports,and talked to Trey, he said that the other manager handled the credit card payments and he would address it with him. I have yet to be contacted by them since, even though I have made repeated calls to the store. If I am able to prevent anyone else from having to do business with this sad excuse for a company, great. They obviously feel if they can rip someone off they have the right to do so. Avoid PRIME SPORTS in Evansville, Indiana !

Terrible Customer Service

We went into their collectible store yesterday. While in there, I was showing my wife a toy dinosaur with a Cardinals logo on it and was joking it would be a fun toy to give to a friend having a baby. When i turned off the demonstration item, which the store had already taken out of the box, the on/off switch broke. I didn't do anything out of the norm, just went to turn it off because the song was annoying and wasn't going to buy it anyway. The switch just went up inside the toy. The store made me buy because "You broke it, you buy it." I understand this philosophy, but I believe it has exceptions. I did not do anything out of the norm, but was the poor sap that the switch broke on after the other thousands of people have looked at it and done the same thing. Besides, what do you do when something breaks immediately after you buy it? Take it back to the store. I even came home and fixed the toy and the store owner Stan refused to take it back. The thing that I think is even more irritating about the situation is that I was going to buy something 3 times the amount of toy and they chose to have me buy the toy instead. Real good business sense. You decided to take less money and lose a customer. I will never buy something from this shop again!

Great store for fan gear!

This store is very small but it is full of all kinds of fan gear! Anything you can imagine. The staff is super friendly. They seem to remember you everytime you come in and try and help you by pointing out stuff from the teams you have bought items of in the past. It is in the mall so there is plenty of parking.
