I like it there. I see Dr. Sami there. I always get in within 15 minutes (although I always see tons of patients all around me who seem to wait way longer. There are 2 main waiting rooms. One room has the news on and the other room has cartoons on for the kiddos. Clean place. Bathroom was very clean. Once you get to the back patient room, there is only about a 5 minute wait. The only chaotic thing is the exposed desk, where there always seems to be tons going on at once (and where you'll have to wait in the end if receiving medicine or scheduling other things). When I was a little girl I went to the hammond clinic lots and the wait time was always long. Things seem to run so much more smoothly and it's cleaner and more modern, I shall only rate it 4 stars because one time I got a blood test there and it hurt and I got a big bruise from it (hmmph). The ladies at the front desk are great and friendly and my nurse is always friendly and helpful.

i had to take my son there when he was very young because he had a really high fever. my father took us and we waited about 2 or three hours. finally when we were getting up to leave they called his name. when we finally got back there to see the doctor he was very friendly and the whole time while i was waiting whenever i had a question the staff was more than happy to help me or find out anything i needed to know. i like the fact that they have the pharmacy right there in the building.
PROS: pharmacy in the building
CONS: long wait times

The Hammond Clinic is very clean. The doctors are great all of them are friendly and really seem to care about their patients. They do take insurance and if you still can't afford to go, they are nice enough to work something out. They have many vending machines and cable in their waiting rooms along with a ton of magazines. The wait is really long though. You can expect to be there for a couple of hours all together.
