I live near Southern Plaza shopping center, so I sometime spend some time shopping at the shopping center. Hancock Fabric store does not look brand new store or anything like that, but it offers friendly service. The store is not too crowded (at leaset when I go there). It's not big, but it has all the stuff I need. I think if you sign up for their mailing list, they often send sale ads with coupons.
