Dugan's is now Champion Chevrolet.
I saw a used Silverado on Champion's website. Dealt with Andrea Goodwin throughout my buying experience. WOW! Andrea was sooo helpful the entire time. She is very personable and knowledgeable about the buying experience and the vehicle I was looking at.
As a matter of fact, this was my second purchase at Champion. Both times I felt very comfortable both with the people and the business itself. No pressure. Friendly greeting.
Whoever seeks out their vehicles knows what they're doing too. My first purchase was a 2007 HHR. It had very low mileage as did the Silverado I just bought. The HHR NEVER gave me any mechanical trouble. I pretty much expect the same with the Silverado. Of course the Silverado is way more complicated so the odds are something MIGHT go wrong. But I've heard from a few Silverado owners who swear by their vehicle.

I was very nervous about purchasing a used vehicle but working with Doug Walker made my experience pleasant! Champion Chevrolet of Avon has very nice new/used cars and I'm happy I chose to do my business with them.

I came in to the dealership with negative equity on a car I bought from Hare Chevrolet 2 years ago. I went back there first and the salesman was clearly dishonest and wouldn't show me the numbers or answer my questions straight up. I had bought my G6 from Dugan several years back and decided to go back to Dugan. I remembered how my salesperson Allison was honest and took the time to explain everything, show me my car and keep in touch thru service stops along the way. I went to Hare because it was a woman owned business and I try to support that. I was very sorry I did. I met Doug Walker and have been so impressed with his honest, sincere way of handling my situation that both my daughter and I have posted on facebook. I will never go anywhere else again. Doug and Loren worked very hard to help me get in to the beautiful car I have, with an affordable payment and started forward to get rid of the negative equity I had strapped myself with. While waiting on numbers to come back, that both Doug and Loren explained and answered all my questions, we met the new owner Fernando (I believe was his first name) of the now Dugan soon to be Champion. I was also impressed with is down to earth approach to us, even though he is a very wealthy man, and we hardly have anything. We appreciated the treatment we received from all the staff we worked with. THANK YOU for hiring honest, caring employees to help single moms like myself to be able to have a nice car!!!!! I look forward to having years of great service and cars.

Leased a 2013 Chevrolet Volt from Dugan in late June. Truly enjoyed doing business with them. Talked to two other Chevy dealers, but ended up liking the smaller (and local) Dugan best. Everyone was very casual, laid back, yet answered all my questions or, if the particular salesmen I talked to didn't know, they found another who could.

They were perhaps more than fair with my trade-in, based on Internet Kelly Blue Book pricing. And on the Volt, they found a discount for me, based on my insurance company, I didn't realize was there.

Though they had just two Volts, they were in the two colors I was considering. One was the base model, the other had the backup camera my wife wanted. We went with the model with the backup camera.

Absolutely love the Volt. Never been a big car nut, but this is by far the most intriguing, cutting edge and just down right "cool" car I've ever driven and I've been driving since 1978. And the Indiana University crimson is beautiful.

Would recommend Dugan to anyone.

This dealership treated me great and I would recommend the associates that I work with. Dave Blanck was so knowledgable on the new truck I bought and covered eveything with thorough desription, you could not ask for a better sales associate. Mike Mills had all his paperwork together before I enter his office and it was very quick and explaination were great. Thanks to Robin for having set me up with Dave Blanck. My experience at Dugan's was outstanding. If you visit this dealership ask Dave Blanck he knows his stuff. I have already talked my experience up to several people maybe not even looking for a vehicle at this time.

Donnie was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. He did not call me repeatedly just to make a sale. He was very helpful. He called me about a car that was similar to one that I looked at a few months back. He found one with less miles and a better fit for me. He did all of this and got it for me for less than the other. JR Dugan was very helpful in getting me a monthly payment that was affordable for me.

I recently bought a new Malibu from Dugan Chevrolet and the support I received was nothing short of amazing. Their product knowledge was top notch and I performed most of my car selection on line and through Chevy.com. When I decided what I wanted, Dugans quickly located the exact vehicle I wanted and had it on the lot ready for delivery ahead of my required date. I wanted to title the car in Florida and drive it in California and the professionals at Dugan Chevrolet handled every aspect of this difficult transaction with a smile and got everything absolutely right! In an economy where value is needed now more than ever, I was very happy with the customer service I received and the overall car buying experience. I most certainly will be visiting Dugans again and highly recommend them for anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

As with most people who work for their money and get ripped off...

Calling your place of business 3 times to speak with a person who is not there, or doesn't want to answer, might get you a crappy voice mail.

BEWARE of the SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I just moved to Avon. I took my truck to Dugan after being impressed over the phone with the service department. After charging me a diagnostic fee of $102 they told me it was a known issue with my year and model and there was a recall but it was out of warranty but they would be happy to fix it for $4000-5000! Upon suggestion of an Andy Mohr FORD service manager, I took the truck to Andy Mohr Chevrolet. As SOON as I pulled up with white smoke billowing out of my truck they said is that a 2004. Known issue. Even though I was slightly out of warranty they went the extra mile to negotiate with GM because of my low mileage and fixed my truck for free, courtesy of GM. GM will pay for diagnostics on a known issue and they suggested I ask for my money back from Dugan. OF COURSE Dugan kept the only $102 I will ever pay them! They dropped the ball and never picked up the phone to call GM which would have cost me $5000 just because THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS!

We went into purchase a replacement vehicle for our car that was totaled in a car accident. We had a very limited timeframe to make it all happen. Laura and the sales staff were fabulous at getting it all done so quickly. It was a fantastic deal, they went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate and all discounts possible. We ended up trading in our other car and walking off the lot with two brand new cars. Between my husband and I, we have purchased six cars there now, and I could not imagine going anywhere else.

I have a 06 chevy with only 35923 miles. Took it to Dugan advisor Johnathan who gave me a hard time. Johnathan also would give me all the information that I requested. They charged me 200 dollars to unscrew a sensor and screw the new one in WOW. I had the check engine light come back on in a couple months. I tool the truck to a real dealership. The information that Johnathan couldn't get me they had it posted on the service desk for all to see. They repaired my truck first time and under warranty.
