Drink refills take unusually long. Also, the walls actually make the restaurant look like a bathroom. I have heard that they have a table in the kitchen where you can eat, and that experience is amazing. If you are looking for good tasting food to eat with family or friends, then this is the place to go. However, it is not an upscale italian restaurant. Unless you have a large group be sure and only order the small portion. The apple gorgonzola salad is a must have. Friendly, efficient, caring staff.
