My wife and I took our poodle to this hospital on Saturday Jan. 14 so that she could be groomed. There is a groomer by the name of John who rents space in their store who provides the grooming service. We were told that we'd be called when our dog was done, and after several hours passed, we called and found out she was done, my wife and daughter went to pick our dog up. When they arrived, John chastised my wife in front of other customers about our dog's teeth, saying that they were abscessed and that all of her teeth should have been pulled, although he doubted any doctor would do it. He berated her about not taking care of the dog to the point that she became very upset and did not sleep for two days over this. This dog is 16 years old and we adopted her when she was 4, she had bad teeth then - a common condition in poodles. She has been very well treated all her life. John even suggested that she ought to be put down. We called the office and the person working there - Kim simply argued with us about it and hung up.
